The software does work, but it doesn't justify the lack of proper support or the way the company handles payments and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Hubstaff’s software to be the worst. They just charge people money without providing proper service. In my case, when I reached out to support, I was told they keep the money to 'improve' their service— which honestly sounded laughable.
