The import of meeting information from other system or pre-adoption of HubSpot is not complete, we cannot import all available information like additional attendees, email attached and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Help Desk feature that Hubspot rolled out 6 months ago or so has been a game changer. I am the director of customer support for a software platform. The Help Desk has helped us keep organized by support tech and quickly respond to incoming tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Instead of categories, I would like to see tags added for tickets. Right now, we are using categories as if they were tags. This is leading to inflated ticket volume in reporting as each ticket may have multiple categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the integrations with outlook. I appreciate how well the system captures the journey of a client. There are clear indications of where each client is. Setting up sequences is rather simple. The reporting is very simple and easy for anyone to review their metrics and outreach. It would be nice if Hubspot integrated with better ip systems like 8x8. I do not like come of the companions to Hubspot. Sakari is not our friend. I do not agree with some of the limitations that companies choose to place on this system. We love the tracking and reporting aspect of Sales Hub in HubSpot. It was easy to setup, and easy to use in our operations each day. We have a lot of applications that are plugged into HubSpot that help feed date to different points, and this has been a core part of our customer journey workflow. I have been using Hubspot for 3 years now, there are many features i like about it:
1) Gen AI call summary.
2) Integration
3) Email campaign is the one i like most about.
4) Drop downs you can create as per your product requirement.
5) Notification
6) Mobile app version is also great.

HubSpot is an incredible tool for combining many marketing and sales processes all into one! By using HubSpot my team and I have automated a large portion of our workflow, while also opening doors to new features such as a live chat on our website. One pain point that my team and I have experienced is the price of HubSpot and the unclear feature tiers. Some of the basic tools that we need are locked behind a subscription tier that doesn’t make sense. In fact, we had to double our monthly cost to unlock 1 feature.
