Gmail extension, althought I am unable to filter out my email warming emails so my CRM is a bit messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hubspot is a mediocre CRM with a great marketing strategy. No a/b testing directy in the platform, no easy way to download sales reporting like close rate. For a small business, they limit almost every feature/function to try to entice you to 5x your monthly spend. You end up feeling enormously frustrated.
Hubspot doesn't care about the fact that you are a loyal customer and they certainly don't care about your small business. They launched a new pricing model claiming $100/mo for sales starter, yet they won't give it to current customers who have been with them for 4 years. So my option as a loyal customer is to spend $500/mo on 5 seats on pro, when I only need 1 seat...while a new customer can get in for $100/ MAKES ZERO SENSE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was able to provide us a clear overview of our entire sales pipeline and sales cycle with different stages. It was easy to pull reports and have a clear vibility of different opportunities that different sales people were working on. Also if someone left the company or was on leave it was easy to see and pick up on clinet opportunities by looking through the email thread Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
if we require more feqtures like automation, it comes with additional cost. It gets expensive too quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are alot things which I like about the Hubspot. Starting with automated email and task remnders which help in keep the prospects engaged. We can keep a track of deals in real time, allowing me to understand where a deal is standing. Hubspot is integrated with outlook ensure all information is uptodate and we get notification as well whenever clients open the mail. It is very easy to create task and update previous task. Using it is also very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was not able to find any downsides in hubspot but I can say that some users may find limitations in creating custom properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thibg about Hubspot is that the interface and seamless integration with the ecosystem is best. This CRM is easy to navigate, allowing for effcient leand management and tracking. Its automation tools like email sequencing and task reminders same a lot of time by adding repetitive tast which frees up more time for meaningfull sales interactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the more advanced features like custom reporting and deeper automation workflow are only for the higher-tiered plans. This makes a costly for smaller teams and organizations or startups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it excels in managing long and complex sales processes. Its robust set of features is tailored to handle the intricacies of multi-step deals, making it easy to track every interaction, from the first touchpoint to closing the deal. The customizable pipelines allow for detailed segmentation and monitoring of each stage, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Additionally, the seamless automation tools, and analytics provides a 360-degree view of every opportunity, empowering sales teams to make data-driven decisions and optimize their strategies. One area where HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is in its user-friendliness, when it comes to create dashboards. While the platform offers powerful reporting and analytics tools, the dashboard customization process can be a bit cumbersome and less intuitive than it could be. If your marketing team is using the marketing hub, then sales hub is a must. In my previous job, sales was on Salesforce (SF) and the marketing team used Hubspot. The integrations work, but it's definitely not the same.
Like the other Hubspot Hubs, it's easy to set up and get started. Depending on your plan, you have a dedicated customer success manager and different support tiers. I prefer support by chat because you get a transcript by email to share with the team and refer back to later if need be.
It's not as powerful as SF, but this is actually an advantage because SF is far from being easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sequences part lacks features and aren't intuitive. If you are working in multiple languages and markets, you cannot have different language variations for your products so you need to have duplicate entries. This makes creating quotes difficult.
If a sales rep leaves, transfering over their sequences and other assets for which they are an "owner" isn't a breeze.
There is no "outbound' part in Sales Hub so you'll need to have another tool for outreach. This is important for sales and marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's been a while since I've thought about all the ways we use Hubspot in our daily work life. So many things have become second-nature that I had to sit and think a bit about it, but my favorite features are: 1) the meetings scheduler links. WHO HAS TIME TO TALK ABOUT AVAILABLE TIMES. 2) Email logging. This has been a gamechanger as we grow our team and want to see interactions with clients to make sure we're not stepping on toes. 3) Integration with Outlook. It's not perfect, but the ability to add contacts to Hubspot, use email templates that can pull in information from records in Hubspot, etc - it's amazing. 4) Automation - we love automating as much as we can think of, and Hubspot gives you so much freedom in how you do that. 5) Reporting and dashboards - again, Hubspot is supremely customizable and I love love love the freedom I have in pulling reports.
Also, I am amazed by their Customer Support and want to know what software they use - they can give me a link that takes me to a specific paragraph in their knowledge base. It is so so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is very little I dislike. I suppose I don't like it when I forget to turn off tracking emails and I receive notifications when people open an email. But I can see that feature being very helpful for other positions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hubspot is cruicial for my day to day activities in my role as a sales person. I love that Hubspot is extremely user friendly and easier to digest information through the various dashboards. I have experience with Salesforce and find Hubspot to be much more user friendly in comparison. Hubspot actively syncs with many other applications such as LinkedIn, Gong, and M365. Customer support is extremely helpful and acts quicky on any issues they may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I can think of is the limited functionality due to my companies spend with Hubspot. That is not a Hubspot issue, more of a company issue as they are not willing to upgrade their licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is most helpful about HubSpot Sales Hub is the platform's flexibility. It's customizable options are vast, allowing users to tailor properties, records, and verbiage to suit the needs of our organization. We are a non-profit and work with an intangible product which requires our CRM to perform almost like clay, conforming to the unique needs of the business. The platorf is intuitive and easy to use, and with the help of our onboarding specialist, implementation is fun while still challenging at the same time. HubSpot has proven to be the only CRM platform to be able to provide us with the result we need from our software and is becoming an indespensible asset for our organization. While HubSpot Sales Hub is undeniably powerful and flexible, the most significant downside is the cost; it is not cheap, especially at the higher-teir plans in comparison to other platforms. While this can be a barrier for smaller organizations, the high price does come with substancial value. For those who can afford it, HubSpot Sales Hub's offerings make it worth the price you'll pay for it in the long run, and is bound to be a platform you'll find yourself looking forward to use; also the sales executives are helpful. What I really appreciate about HubSpot is how easy it is to use, especially the kanban-style layout for managing deals. It makes it really simple to visualize where everything stands, and I love how it keeps my emails automatically recorded. Plus, it's quite affordable compared to other tools, which is a big plus, especially considering the range of features I get access to. Most of the lead generation tools that I use can be integrated with HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, the lock-in period can be a bit frustrating, especially when you’re tied into a committed term after accepting a discount. It’s a pain that you can’t remove extra seats once you’ve added them, and the recurring billing can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
