The built-in meeting scheduler – I use this all the time. It syncs with my Outlook calendar and saves so much time when booking calls. I don’t have to go back and forth on availability anymore.
Templates for emails – This was a game-changer for me. I can write a message once, save it, and reuse it with a few tweaks. It’s a huge time-saver, especially when I’m reaching out to a lot of people.
Real-time activity feed – I like being able to see who’s opening emails or visiting the site. It gives me a better idea of who’s interested without being too pushy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little clunky at first – There’s a learning curve. Some things aren’t super intuitive, and I had to play around with it before I got the hang of everything.
The mobile app feels limited – It’s good for quick check-ins, but I can’t really do everything I want on the go. I usually wait to be back at my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that the automation features, like sequences and workflows, save a ton of time without manual effort. The email tracking and notifications are very helpful. We get to know the status of the email i.e., when the client opened the email. The dashboards are easily customisable and give great visibility into the pipeline, so it's easy to track deals and forecast sales. The interface is also clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to use even if you’re not super tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I dislike of Hubspot Sales Hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's both easy to use and loaded with functionalities that improve the way in which I, as a sales person, operate. Allows me to create workflows for most things and tracks all the contact points that are relevant to my department. While its easy to implement, it has a steep learning curve for daily users. I'm using it on the daily and it offers the functionalities we need for operation of a small-ish business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It constantly asks for paid updates for functionalities that were previously free. It's often complicated to implement and adapt to various business requirements as its not very friendly. Integrating with the various platforms we use is very hard, and it has limitations often related to paid functionalities. While customer support is fantastic on its own, when required to provide workarounds for daily operations, it gets too hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is all our company's data in one place that we access daily. I like that you can customize how the data is displayed. Hubspot has many features that we are constantly learning. I also like that many software can be integrated, but we are learning that this is costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hubspot is almost too powerful for us as a startup. This is our first encounter with a real CRM. Accessing the data is often not intuitive. We also do not understand why many marketing contacts are labeled as "marketing" contacts automatically instead of "non marketing" contacts after syncing with out emails. It feels like Hubspot is purposely trying to get us to max out our contacts so we constantly have to data clean or pay more. We understand that data cleaning is part of the overall process, but right now, we do not understand why we constantly have to do this. Hubspot is also very expensive. We wish there was a lighter version so we could work our way up to the current version we have already purchased. List making is also very tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is the features to connect back with clients or even remind your team internally. It is amazing the reports it can generate when the right information is put in. Easy to use, implement, and integrate if your team is willing to learn. There is a learning curve your team needs to be open to doing. The online resources are great for learning. If your team is signed on and using it, it is easy to frequently use. I wish there was more help in how to integrate workflows. When I go to the HubSpot talks, they talk about workflow, but I was told to contact a consultant to help build the workflow. I feel like that is a huge downside. We have one quarterly meeting and it would be great to get more help, but also understand why that is not included. WISH IT WAS THOUGH :) I feel like customer service is more sales than it is service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have found it easy to get set-up and running with HubSpot Sales, adding in Contacts, Companies and Deals. So as a place in which to hold all our prospects and sales contacts it is ideal. During the implmentaion process we got help from Customer Support so that was a big help in dealing with some of the teething problems.
So for the user who is working from a Diary and Excel Spreadsheet then this is an easy first step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost is very high for what you get - so be carefull with the number of users who are given access.
The other issue is that the "Sales Hub" is only intended for sales, so once your deal gets past the stage of "Deal Done" the process that follows is not handled well. So for example, we have a deal to provide 20 days consultancy over the next 3 months - all the details of the deal and the costs are held in Hubspot, but the delivery stage falls outside.
So as a planning tool it is good, but perhaps it is based on the model where the salesperson gets the signed documents and that is his job done and he/she walks away. But real life is not like that and the deal is not really closed until it is paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is so user friendly. i am able to see all my deals in one glance. The linkage to account or user allow me to drill and see a marco picture at company level on who and where are the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I will suggest incorporating some charts. good to see at a glance opportunities for the week or activities for the week (if it is there already, i just need to familiaries myself more) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HubSpot Sales Hub is incredibly user-friendly,🌸 I'd say even for those who aren't super tech-savvy. The CRM layout is clean and intuitive and theres tons of videos and such that will help you if you dont understand. It makes it SO easy to track deals, automate follow-ups, and streamline the sales process. I love how seamlessly it integrates with the other tools that I use as wel!! While it's a fantastic platform, some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller businesses or solopreneurs like myself. And then for others (not myself) i can definitely see how some customizations could require a bit of a learning curve, especially when setting up more complex automation. What I really appreciate about HubSpot is how easy it is to use, especially the kanban-style layout for managing deals. It makes it really simple to visualize where everything stands, and I love how it keeps my emails automatically recorded. Plus, it's quite affordable compared to other tools, which is a big plus, especially considering the range of features I get access to. Most of the lead generation tools that I use can be integrated with HubSpot. it can be easily implemented with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, the lock-in period can be a bit frustrating, especially when you’re tied into a committed term after accepting a discount. It’s a pain that you can’t remove extra seats once you’ve added them, and the recurring billing can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. Be careful about the marketing contacts because they will charge you right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most useful aspect is that without much work, you can start tracking emails as well as phone calls - including the outcome and the recording of the call. It's also really easy to track user activity on the website. You can see how long they stay on each page, where they're clicking and it generally keeps track of the user journey on your site. It's also really easy to add properties for contacts and Deals, allowing you to add a layer of customization to how you handle your prospects/users... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing model is quite expensive and a little confusing. you are limited to 500 calling minutes per month and it's quite a steep climb to add any more minutes to your account. You basically have to go from paying $18/user/month all the way to $90/user/month if you want more calling minutes. Lists updating is also a bit slow, I wish there was a way to manually refresh the lists that are created. Additionally, I wish there was a way to list more properties from linked objects. For example, I have a demo-date property on a Deal. I wish that we could display the property on the Contact level as a Contact->Deal demo-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
