HireEZ makes makes it easy to search for candidates across the Internet, on all major social media sites, Gethub, Dice, and LinkedIn. Their search function makes it easy to upload a job description or resume and parse for candidates.There is a Boolean string creator and email sequencing function that is helpful for bulk email scheduling. You can import and export lists of candidates in multiple file types and directly load into your ATS. The sales and customer service teams are amazing! They respond quickly and truly care about every customers' experience. They also have a free plan available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the import and export functions malfunction and waste credits, but you can chat with customer service and they'll typically return them. Other people have complained about the high price for large enterprises and staffing agencies but I have a lower tier plan I've subscribed to since they were Hiretual which is much more affordable. I started using hireEZ daily after my Manager suggested me. The features like the boolean generator and even the x-ray search are great and have made my recruitment work easy. I like the sequence email from Hire EZ, which gives me more leverage to the email reply rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Hire EZ is that they don't use their email servers to send outgoing emails; they depend on Office 365, and many of our emails bounce back when we send out emails from the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HireEZ is such an excellent tool I have never seen before. Easy to use, very comfortable to log in, and easy to find official and personal email ids and phone numbers. Easy to source also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some times the contact details show incorrectly. Some of the profiles only show phone numbers or email IDs. Other than that, there are no disadvantages to that tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HireEZ has made sourcing so much more efficient with the ability to add candidates to sequences. Once I build out a sequence, I know there is an automatic follow up message going to be sent out. You can also include a calendar link in the email making it super easy for calendar to book directly on my calendar.
The sourcing filters are also great - a lot more than what you can do on LinkedIn (Diversity sourcing filters, industry sourcing filtiers like "Cloud Services" or "Blockchain")

While I love the concept, the "Estimated market value" that shows what candidates compensation expectations might be is off a bit from market. It might be helpful to show a range of compensation targets for someone in the Austin Area (ie. account executives with this much experience in Austin are generally between X and Y) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy HireEz's user interface, and all of the interactivity that is possible on the platform. It allows me to source for extended periods of time without becoming fatigued by a lack of options, or seeing the same profiles continually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the options on sequencing could use work. For effective A/B testing, it would be helpful if I could assign a sequence template to always send at the times listed, rather than having to change the time to send each time I send a sequence.
Additionally, my sequences add two lines above my signature that I have to delete each time I review my sequence for sending - which is a small nuisance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all of the customized filters you can use when sourcing. I also really like their sequence feature. I consider it a game-changer when it comes to follow-up. You only pay for the contact when you first uncover their info, and you can set up as many follow-ups as you like. I went from a 15-25% response rate on the "other" site to 35-55% on hireEZ. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could verify contact information is valid that would be helpful. There are little quirky things when searching, like sometimes a title slips through, etc., but they are also very responsive to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
