What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel is a game changer. I have searched high and low for a all-in-one system for my business marketing, my courses, client management, coaching, website, etc. They have SO many features that as my business grows, instead of finding yet another plug-in or add-on, I simply look at HighLevel because they've already thought of it and are doing it! AND they release new features, updates and modifications weekly (and sometimes daily!) so you will always be on the cutting edge of what's out there and ahead of the game for most everyone. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

There is a pretty big learning curve just because of the expanse of features. I'm sure it's hard to stay up to date with new Help Videos for each feature, so sometimes there are new updates you're excited to learn to use but there isn't any helpful walk throughs, yet. So, for a newbie like me, those videos are a life saver. As a coach and course creator, I'd love to see more of the life coaching niche industry showing how its used for client sessions and messaging. I'm teaching myself but that's not GHL fault. What do you like best about HighLevel?

They innovate at the speed of light, led by user ideas, and still honoring their core mission. It's a good model. What they offer for the price they offer it at is great. In a world of SaaS solutions that promote a feature only to realize that they did the bare min to be able to list the feature on their website, highlevel actually cares about making that feature what you would expect it to be, even if it takes a few phases during roll-out, which they do to get feedback and fine-tune based on real customer needs, which is just smart. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The monster of support. I think this is the biggest challenge for anyone who allows you to choose-your-own-adventure with automation, has robust calendar features, offer dynamic phone/sms solutions and have a price point that invites people who have no tech experience to dive in and get in trouble. That being said I feel their support has come a long ways, and I love that they offer zoom calls and are continuing to improve, but would say that this is one of the challenges they face. Quality and Followup times. I have experienced things getting escalated that were a matter of a simple comment from the front line support, that would have saved me 4 days of waiting for the same answer from a sr support agent. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I love how High Level is an all-in-1 tool for business owners. This normally would have cost me thousands of dollars for having different tools and trying to connect everything together. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The downside is sometimes it gets glitchy, and the support doesn't help that much. Sometimes my team talks to the support and has to go through many people but still doesn't get an answer or solution. The support team at GoHighLevel seems like they never read the notes from the last person who supposedly provided them. Every time my team member is transferred to a different person, they always ask the same question about whether we have tried certain solutions, even though my team member clearly mentioned in the Loom video and chat that they have tried those methods multiple times. What do you like best about HighLevel?

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The worst part about HighLevel is without a doubt the learning curve. This is a difficult software to learn, even though they have very good documentation and solid support. You will find yourself overwhelmed and lost very often in the beginning. But once you do learn it, you'll be very glad you did and you'll feel like a wizard. "GoHighLevel Turned My Chaos Into Cash (Here’s Why I’m Never Going Back)"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

The Automation:

Used to take me days to untangle workflows. Now? I drag, drop, and literally watch it work. The visual builder is so stupidly simple, I can throw together an automated pipeline while my coffee gets cold. No more guessing which step broke—you see it all laid out.

Integrations:

Need to connect apps? Half the time you don’t even need API keys. The pre-built stuff works like a vending machine—click, connect, done. And when you do need APIs? Their docs read like a 5th grader wrote them (in a good way).

The Big Win:

I now build client systems in 3 days that used to take 2 months. How? Because I can show them the whole process visually. No more explaining spreadsheets or praying devs understand my scribbles. Just: “Here’s your funnel. Here’s where money leaks. Let’s fix it.”

Bonus:

Dumped 11 tools I used to “Frankenstein” together

Stopped paying $3k/month for “custom” dev work

Clients think I’m a wizard (I let them)

What do you like best about HighLevel?

There are plenty of things I love about High Level, but will mention only few of them:

1. You have most of the tools a business needs under one umbrella (1 username and 1 password). This reason is enough to choose them.

Maybe feature by feature you may find better options, but putting all the features together, streamlines the processes nd implementing and using it.

2. The founders behind it. When you build something on someone's else software, you want to make sure their mindset is aligned with yours, they are always improving it, listening their customers, and taking all decisions about us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

They can improve their customer service, but they are already good at it.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel is a game changer in so many ways. It's integrations, automations, Ai Agents, ability to adapt, tracking and ease of just jumping in and growing with it. The ability to link all our conversations across every platform is amazing. The available education, and internal training is awesome. Perfect control of selling, reselling, and adapting. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Only 2 things I wish HighLevel had, and we hear it from clients and prospect clients alike.

It needs internal chat, and it lacks team member segregation across things like emails, text, socials workflows.

What I mean is this platform is perfectly fine if you want to assign specific contacts and areas to certain roles, and people, but we can't hand off clients and projects, and if your email is synced, everyone sees everything. Unless of course you set up manual assignment operations.

We use another service which integrates perfect into our HighLevel workflows, but it would be nice if we didn't need a third-party app for chat.

"Great Service, Apps Need Some Work"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel provides the best customer-responsive service of any platform I use. However, their funnels need improvement. I have yet to build a fully functional funnel without issues, despite creating many.

First, the funnels often fail to save initially, requiring me to take screenshots and rebuild them later—essentially doubling my workload. Second, while the components are intuitive and interchangeable, the platform could improve how it logs issues and provides solutions to support reps. Too often, escalated issues remain unresolved for 2 to 5 days, only for me to call back and have a senior rep fix the problem immediately.

Overall, HighLevel offers solid features, but better funnel functionality and support efficiency would enhance the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
