Customer service can be frurstrating to get a clear answer on a technical problem. The system they have to get help used to be better but I think they had to change it because of the huge influx of customers they have. If anything, why didn't exist 20 year ago! always had this idea of a marketing platform all-in-one, but too costly to build it by myself or even hire developers to do it. Now for just a fraction, is accesible to Small Boutique Agencies as well big agencies, which at the end of the day, simplifies processes internally. Although, this isn't a platform that will make you millions unless you work it out. Nobody will do the pushups for you. Isn't rocket science build an AIO platfrom and keep it competitive, but RocketScience will be know how and directions YOU as an Agency or SaaS reseller will make it run. I liked the most automated workflows, it is effortless to use and convenient for marketing.
We can easily connect with other platforms by using inbound triggers and webhooks.
When we are stuck somewhere, we can reach out to customer support, they are very good at taking care of your all issues. we can easily create templates and automate workflows, It is very easy to implement anything.

It pretty much has everything a marketing agency would need CRM, automations, funnel builder...etc And has the ability to manage all that from an admin account for clients and it's easy to use as well.

I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.
The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.
This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed?
