What do you dislike about HighLevel?

What do you like best about HighLevel?

My only experience so far with HL is the customer support team since I just signed up last night but they have all been very helpful and welcoming to the platform. Bikram and Neebesh were both superb! I actually have an ongoing issue with receiving a snapshot from an affiliate link I signed up with and although, there has been no resolution found yet, the cs reps are prompt and generous with their help in researching and escalating the issue. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I have to research further, but I have not been able to find out if or how it would be possible to preview a snapshots features BEFORE adding them to a sub-account and was advised the only way to remove them if they are not what I am looking for to assist a particular client is to delete them altogether which would be unfortunate if they would work for another client in the future. I have yet to use these features but this has already caused me a bit of nervousness because I have access to quite a few snapshots from an ai learning group I am a member of and would like to view them before deploying them into an account. If there is a solution to this, I would very much appreciate a notification to such. I will continue to search for the answer until then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

What I appreciate most is the all-in-one platform design, along with its robust automation features and the white-label options that are especially useful for agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The steep learning curve and complicated interface can be challenging, and I have found the inconsistent customer support to be frustrating. There are also potential hidden costs, particularly when it comes to third-party integrations. Additionally, the CRM features feel clunky, such as having to use multiple screens for simple tasks, and there are missing advanced functionalities that larger clients might expect, which is disappointing given its "all-in-one" promise. What do you like best about HighLevel?

Go high level is an extremely difficult program. This is because it integrates so many different types of marketing into one platform. It's taken me about a year to get to the point where I can actually use it. And I am still a novice. This should be a university course that is taught for credit just like you have Adobe fully integrated into the university system. There's no way to start using this program easily. It takes way more than a month just to figure things out if you have a lot of time on your hands. I'm not stupid. But I feel stupid when I use go high level. My advice, fine someone who teaches this and go step by step and try to learn only the tools that you think you can make money with in the beginning. After you've gotten a couple of clients then when your monthly not and UT NUT is covered can you begin to try to learn some of the other things to add on. That is my honest evaluation of the program you will not find as money tools in one place for such a small amount of money anywhere else. I'm still spending at least 500 or more dollars on other programs that are mostly to create artwork and videos but at least I know that my $200 is well spent with go high level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I mentioned in the previous box go high level is extremely difficult to learn there's no easy way. If you took it and you only sold it as each individual tool then maybe people wouldn't know so much about the fact that all the tools are together and it would be easier mentally to wrap your head around the fact that you can do anything with this program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I am a 53 year old male and I am a complete novice to AI and GHL, and it has taken me more than a few months to get my head around the things that I have needed to do to be able to provide a SAAS to my first client. I have really enjoyed the learning curve and really seeing how someone can utilize AI through a platform as expansive as GHL to help businesses to actually benefit from the service in many ways. I am still drinking too much coffee and scratching my head often. During these moments I have found the GHL support team invaluable. In particular Krishna Nair was able to somehow speak my process language and cleared up many things in just 1 call. Really.... I am so grateful to Krishna because he was patient and seemed to understand where and why i was stuck in each situation I asked about. He seamlessly helped me through all of them while explaining why it is done that way.

I appreciate that this CRM allows us to fully tailor the experience for each user. It starts as a blank slate, giving us the flexibility to implement the changes we need. The SaaS level comes with a high price tag. While it does allow for complete customization of the selling features, the cost can be quite steep, especially if you are just starting out as a CRM agency. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I appreciate that HighLevel provides an all-in-one experience which keeps me more organized and keeps the cost reasonable. As a small business owner, having to pay for multiple different tools can get very expensive, so this combination offers a great solution. I also find the automations incredibly useful, allowing processes to happen more seamlessly without the need for as much manual oversight and prevents things from falling through the cracks. This is particularly beneficial for managing onboarding, email marketing campaigns, and post-purchase signup campaigns without needing additional integration tools. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I found the user interface to be a bit overwhelming and confusing at first but was able to pick it up quickly with guided tutorials. I also don't love how restrictive the landing page/website builder is. Lastly, I wish it had more AI integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two primary downsides to using HighLevel as your primary or all-in-one platform. First, it has a very steep learning curve. It definitely isn't for the faint of heart or those who like to wing it when it comes to training and learning a new platform. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I really appreciate the 24/7 support team with HighLevel that's available all the time, even on weekends. They're never closed, which I think is the best part. Another aspect I find valuable is the workflow automation, where I can set triggers and actions, like automatically sending out an email when someone fills out a form. This adds great value to business operations. I also like that HighLevel supports extensive integrations, allowing for connection with third-party apps through simple setups, and that it has native integrations with over sixteen hundred apps. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I think the support system could be really strong when it comes to building websites and all. There should be someone who is a specialist to actually help the clients learn because they are paying to HighLevel and then directly again signing up any other people from the market. "Versatile Automation Tool, Needs Intuitive Enhancements"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like HighLevel's ability to set up automations that are pretty intuitive and can be triggered with any kind of web trigger, even integrating custom code from your website. The website builder is also quite easy to use, feeling similar to Elementor. I appreciate that HighLevel offers the same value and much more functionality for less money compared to competitors like Birdeye. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I find HighLevel not intuitive, and it takes a lot of time to run a bit of trial and error before things work right. It feels like a mediocre cafeteria that offers everything but nothing really tastes good. I think they need to update existing features instead of always focusing on new things.
