What do you like best about HighLevel?

One of the worst decisions we've made as a business was to connect high-level to our Google my business account. We've been working for weeks to try and disconnect high-level from Google my business. It is very difficult to get in touch with anybody and the people you do get in touch with are unable to help or provide you with a higher level tech-support to help solve issues. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I don't like the third-party sister company lead connector because I can't get it disconnected from Google my business. We are not receiving messages and cannot disable to service. What do you like best about HighLevel?

It has a lot more tools and it keep adding more features that help run your business on one platform instead of multiple.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Customer service can be frurstrating to get a clear answer on a technical problem. The system they have to get help used to be better but I think they had to change it because of the huge influx of customers they have. The site can be glitchy on browser and limiting on the App on your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once you understand the system, it has very useful features to help you manage your clients. The feature I love the most is the scheduling texts and emails, it's makes it easier to contact clients and catch mistakes at the right time. Being able to change your website on here is very useful, saves money on paying someone else to do it. Sometimes, HighLevel can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features, and it takes time to learn them all. The mobile app could be better—it’s not as smooth as the desktop version. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I've been using HighLevel for 4 months, and it has been an incredible journey! What stands out the most is their unwavering commitment to improving and upgrading the platform. Love the TownHalls providing what's coming and what's new onboard.The support structure is equally impressive—live chat, onboarding sessions, YouTube tutorials, podcasts, and live calls—all backed by a team that truly knows the platform inside and out.

The learning curve is manageable, with the basics being easy enough to implement right away, which allowed us to start delivering value to our clients almost immediately as well for our agency, making some clients connect with Recurring model thru Stripe, we don't even have to worry about chargin customers, because we have setup negotiated monthly fees.

HighLevel has been a game-changer for our agency—it’s an investment that pays for itself many times over.

To me, HighLevel is like owning a Ferrari before knowing how to drive it. But with the comprehensive training, updates, and incredible support, we’re mastering the platform day by day—and now achieving milestones we never thought possible.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

If anything, why didn't exist 20 year ago! always had this idea of a marketing platform all-in-one, but too costly to build it by myself or even hire developers to do it. Now for just a fraction, is accesible to Small Boutique Agencies as well big agencies, which at the end of the day, simplifies processes internally. Although, this isn't a platform that will make you millions unless you work it out. Nobody will do the pushups for you. Isn't rocket science build an AIO platfrom and keep it competitive, but RocketScience will be know how and directions YOU as an Agency or SaaS reseller will make it run. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I liked the most automated workflows, it is effortless to use and convenient for marketing.

We can easily connect with other platforms by using inbound triggers and webhooks.

When we are stuck somewhere, we can reach out to customer support, they are very good at taking care of your all issues. we can easily create templates and automate workflows, It is very easy to implement anything.

In highlevel, there are so many important actions that are premium.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Love how GHL combines the most critical marketing tools into a single platform for a fair price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Not able to create the type of custom reports we'd like. For example, stats by social post. It's hunt and peck, or top-level data only. Very frustrating about this particular piece.

DO NOT like the contact layout, or how the system pushes add-ons to subaccounts even when turned off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to manage all our client reviews for Google/Facebook in one place is quite convenient. We no longer have to give staff permissions on those platforms, just to manage the reviews. They can do that through their GHL logins.

Being able to publish social media content in a single platform is a great step, and the types of content we can publish is pretty wide. Reporting is still a challenge.

Integrating the mass email newsletters with SendGrid is a major plus. We protect our SendGrid reputation, and prefer to use that as the SMTP. So being able to easily levarage that as a native functionality in GHL is fantastic! We can ensure great deliverability on our clients' emails and ease of implementation is a nice saving grace.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Ease of use, everything in the same spot, cheap pricing for unlimited accounts, and the capacity to create snapshots/templates for easier and much quicker client onboarding. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.

The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.

This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed? This has left me questioning the integrity of GoHighLevel and whether this is the right platform for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
