What do you like best about Helpjuice?

Recommendations to others considering Helpjuice:

Helpjuice has free 14 days trial period, if you are not satisfied (Which I believe you will) with their Knowledge base services, you can simply cancel your account before the 14 days period expires and you are not charged. What do you like best about Helpjuice?

We didn't end up going with helpjuice for the below reasons, but it seemed as though they could customize the visual look and feel and functionality within a really short time period (48hr) and for free. We paid close to $1000 for a similar service at their competitor.

Also like that their pricing model is help center centric as opposed to being a support add on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpjuice?

Their sales process was so painful that we didn't end up going with them despite liking the product. Meetings were cancelled, it took weeks sometimes to get a response, and we were told that an integration that was a need to have for us would be ready by Q2 2021. It's 2022 and still not ready. This made us worried about the support we'd receive, and along with the missing integration, was why we didn't proceed.

Interface is also a little bit clunky but overall usable. Their Support documentation is ironically not great, not super clear and not always up to date. The last two points are small but wanted to pass along as feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Helpjuice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had hoped that Helpjuice would set us up to roll out a visually stunning customer help center with and SSO integration. Had we not run into the issues we did it seemed as though it would have don't this well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpjuice?

I like that I can search key words and related help juice articles show up quickly. This makes finding answers easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpjuice?

I don't like how I am unable to navigate back to the related searches screen without having to re-enter what I was originally looking for. This can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpjuice?

The best thing about Helpjuice is the search functioning. Is it fast, accurate, and very helpful to internal employees or external customers. We use it for both of those purposes. They also have a simple to use API to integrate with your services/products as needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpjuice?

Some of the customization tools require a bit of knowledge with HTML and coding to aesthetically enhance the Help Desk site. However, HelpJuice actually offers to help you customize your site - which is a huge bonus! This is only a 'Dislike' for some, and a huge upside for others! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do your research and I promise you will be thrilled with this software! They are unique in the fact that what they focus on is Help Desk software specifically. They are specialists in this field! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use HelpJuice as an internal knowledge base system for our customer service representatives. We are empowering them to help customers more effectively and efficiently. What do you like best about Helpjuice?

the interface if the app is really nice, once you logged in you're taken to the dashboard with beautiful user experience, there are several options arranged neatly and it gives me a great sense to work with, unlike many other services. coming to the main topic which is creating the answer database there are several options to work with, the customization options within it are really nice, you can even embed tutorial videos from youtube to the answer with ease and overall the answer editor look similar to the post editor in WordPress. you can easily arrange the answers by different ways, you can add the answer to certain categories or add tags to it to make it easily visible to the audience. there are also options which lets you manage the accessibility to the answer whether its public or private that gives you a lot of control over the data. the support is another must mention pro with help juice, they have chat option available build in right in the dashboard from which you can contact the support in case you got stuck while working. What do you dislike about Helpjuice?

the pricing is too much and costs a minimum of $199 a month which lets up to 30 collaborators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
