We didn't end up going with helpjuice for the below reasons, but it seemed as though they could customize the visual look and feel and functionality within a really short time period (48hr) and for free. We paid close to $1000 for a similar service at their competitor.

Their sales process was so painful that we didn't end up going with them despite liking the product. Meetings were cancelled, it took weeks sometimes to get a response, and we were told that an integration that was a need to have for us would be ready by Q2 2021. It's 2022 and still not ready. This made us worried about the support we'd receive, and along with the missing integration, was why we didn't proceed.

The best thing about Helpjuice is the search functioning. Is it fast, accurate, and very helpful to internal employees or external customers. We use it for both of those purposes. Some of the customization tools require a bit of knowledge with HTML and coding to aesthetically enhance the Help Desk site. However, HelpJuice actually offers to help you customize your site - which is a huge bonus! This is only a 'Dislike' for some, and a huge upside for others! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the interface if the app is really nice, once you logged in you're taken to the dashboard with beautiful user experience, there are several options arranged neatly and it gives me a great sense to work with, unlike many other services. coming to the main topic which is creating the answer database there are several options to work with, the customization options within it are really nice, you can even embed tutorial videos from youtube to the answer with ease and overall the answer editor look similar to the post editor in WordPress. you can easily arrange the answers by different ways, you can add the answer to certain categories or add tags to it to make it easily visible to the audience. there are also options which lets you manage the accessibility to the answer whether its public or private that gives you a lot of control over the data. the support is another must mention pro with help juice, they have chat option available build in right in the dashboard from which you can contact the support in case you got stuck while working.
