Givebutter is user-friendly and we love the convenience of being able to collect donations, track them per campaign, and communicate directly with our donors/supporters. It did not take us long to integrate our old system into this one. We use Givebutter almost daily. We love that we can also text our supporters. The ease of scheduling communications is fantastic and it saves me so much time. Our staff have called Customer Support a few times and they were very helpful and helped us resolve the issue(s). I wish there were more templates or options for switching up the look of the emails. I tried to embed a video and it would be great if they could play the video directly from the email, instead of it taking them to a different site (YouTube for example) after clicking the link for the video. I think it's super easy to set up campaigns, tracking of the money, mulitple payment options for people to use, and the ticket system is easy to track and work with. I've set up multiple campaigns and one event so far, and it has been super easy to use. I'm excited to try the Engage piece for emailing. I would like there to be more options when it comes to the actual page for graphics, a better option for the main graphic box, the limitations can be tough when you are using a graphic you don't have control of changing. I would like to create qr codes for peopel to scan at events that have the amount they want to donate for that campaign, so it's faster for people to donate. For example, cat litter one qr code, animal medical bills another, then they can just use their payment method. I haven't had to use the customer support team at all, as most of it is simple, and the ease of wtihdrawl for money is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the most user-friendly platform I've ever used. The ability to build ticket sales online easily was a life-saver for me. My nonprofit held its very first in-person fundraiser event a few weeks ago, and without Givebutter, I honestly don't think it would have happened. There are so many positive things to say about Givebutter, I don't know where to start: tax donation receipts automatically emailed; ability to customize each automated 'thank you' email to donors for each campaign; donors automatically saved into the CRM and the ability to export reports/lists; very easy to create campaigns, events, online auctions, etc. Their customer service is second to none! Givebutter has been very easy for us to adopt as a donor software for our small nonprofit. We implimented it in just a couple hours and had a campaign going immediatly. I have been invited to several helpful seminars directed at building a giving program since we joined. They have been short and concise. We have just been using the web links, ticketing and auction features so far but see us doing even more with email campaigns and QR codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting for the free product isn't the best. The csv download of transactions doesn't include the fee amounts so those have to be manually added when importing transactions for accounting. We haven't tried bringing in with Zapier yet, but will soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of- it's free!! That is a huge win for our small non-profit with big dreams. Also, I love the ability to host an auction! It's very easy to use and has an astoundingly large feature set that goes well beyond processing donations. We were up and running quickly and their platform GREATLY improves the giving experience for our donors - which was the most important factor for us. I also loved the way they provided real-time support as I was getting a hang of their system. Best, I can't believe there's not a set monthly fee for all that you get. I love that it is easy to use and is easy for donors. Setup for a new donation can take less than 10 mins. We have been able to integrate it into our website and the QR codes are great for when we have outdoor events. The support staff of Givebutter will also meet with you one-on-one to review and give feedback for your campaigns. And the best part, there is no monthly charge. It was a very simple set up process and allowed us to set up our donation page quickly after Hurricane Helene destroyed our school campus. This quick set up allowed for momentum in our community to build more and more donations to our site. I also like that each person can add their own personal story to how the campaign affects them.
