It's super helpful when I'm in the middle of working on something and I get stuck. I've also used the helpline and all the agents I've spoken with have been professional, knowledgeable, and capable of helping me. I've also used the pre-recorded webinars to learn how to do something and they've always been clear and easy to follow. All in all, I think the support DP offers its users is top notch. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** DonorPerfect can do ALOT and that can be overwhelming at times. It's sometimes difficult to sift through all the things DP can do when I'm trying to find out how to do what I want it to do. **What problems is DonorPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?** DP helps us keep track of our network of supporters and allows us to keep all kinds of information about them. I like that they don't have to be a financial donor for us to keep track of our interactions with them. We use it to keep track of people who've come to our events, who volunteer with us, and vendors/businesses who give us discounted rates/gifts in kind. It's nice to have one place where we can store all our info and run reports to get information. If we kept the info in multiple databases, it would be a nightmare to have to go hunting for all that information and bring it together manually. ### 2. The reporting is robust enough to produce sliced and diced lists for mailing, thank you calls, and to help us learn more about our donors. We had a great training experience with Sean Potero and I've been happy with the chat support we've received since then. Compared to our previous CRM, Raiser's Edge, it's light years more modern and intuitive. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** As with any CRM, navigating data imports from other platforms like Greater Giving is difficult. Also, when I started my new job in early December, I had never used Donor Perfect and unfortunately there was no real training or turnover from the previous person in my role. With time, I have been able to figure a lot of things out on my own and when I can't, I get GREAT service through the chat feature. The support staff is so easy to work with - they are prompt, thorough and make sure that they answer all of my questions. I always leave our chat sessions with all of the information I need to complete my tasks. We use Donor Perfect every day, almost all day - I've actually really enjoyed learning how to maximize the features to easily integrate with my daily tasks. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** It isn't the most intuitive. It is easy to identify and search out donors and gifts. But probably my favorite thing about DonorPerfect is their customer service. They are consistently helpful, friendly and often educate me on best practices. Over the years, I have become more and more confident in what I can do using DonorPerfect (especially knowing there is a great customer service team to help). **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** Probably the "pledge" piece of DonorPerfect. I realize DonorPerfect is not an accounting software, but there are times I would like the pledges to be a little more flexible. In fact, if I could choose 11 instead of 10 on the scale of how likely it is I would recommend DP to someone, I would! (Tip of the hat to Spinal Tap). DP responders are incredibly knowledgeable about the platform and about our needs and conundrums as fundraisers, so they know exactly how to guide us to solutions and problem-solve any challenge we might have. From technical issues to logical ones, DP support has always helped me fix or build the exact form, formula, or record that I need. **What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?** There is A LOT to learn and the learning curve can feel daunting (like, after a few weeks I forgot how to do that thing I mastered before unless I have to do it regularly.)
