**DonorPerfect has been an invaluable tool for our advancement office.** As a small, one-person development department, I rely heavily on DonorPerfect to help me manage our donors, donations, acknowledgments, campaigns, and fundraising activities.

What I appreciate most is that DonorPerfect gives me the ability to keep all of our donor information in one place and easily access the information I need. It has made tracking gifts, running reports, managing campaigns, and keeping up with donor records much more organized and efficient.

The system has also been extremely helpful with donor stewardship. Being able to quickly access a donor's giving history and information allows me to personalize communications and make sure our donors receive timely and appropriate acknowledgments.

I also appreciate the support available when I have questions. As someone who wears many hats, having a system that I can learn and use without needing to be an IT expert is incredibly important.

DonorPerfect has helped our school become more organized and professional in the way we manage our fundraising and donor relationships. I would definitely recommend it to other nonprofits, especially smaller organizations where one person may be responsible for many aspects of development.

What I appreciate most about DonorPerfect is how user-friendly it is, and how easy it is for me to access and pull the reports I need. One of the biggest advantages has been collaborating with our direct mail firm, which is already very familiar with the platform. They’ve helped us build customized reports that make it much easier to track and analyze our fundraising efforts. DonorPerfect is very user-friendly overall, but some of the reporting features can be frustrating. Certain reports take multiple steps or extra adjustments to pull the exact information I need, and reconciling data between different reports can be challenging at times. I also wish there were more intuitive ways to segment donors and analyze specific fundraising activities without having to build customized filters or create separate reports. I use the chat bot feature ALL the time. It's super helpful when I'm in the middle of working on something and I get stuck. I've also used the helpline and all the agents I've spoken with have been professional, knowledgeable, and capable of helping me. I've also used the pre-recorded webinars to learn how to do something and they've always been clear and easy to follow. All in all, I think the support DP offers its users is top notch. It's easy for everyone on our team to use, not just staff who are good at data. The reporting is robust enough to produce sliced and diced lists for mailing, thank you calls, and to help us learn more about our donors. We had a great training experience with Sean Potero and I've been happy with the chat support we've received since then. Donor Perfect provides a lot of good functionality and there are several areas where I can customize fields that help with filtering later. Also, when I started my new job in early December, I had never used Donor Perfect and unfortunately there was no real training or turnover from the previous person in my role. With time, I have been able to figure a lot of things out on my own and when I can't, I get GREAT service through the chat feature. The support staff is so easy to work with - they are prompt, thorough and make sure that they answer all of my questions. I always leave our chat sessions with all of the information I need to complete my tasks. Some modules are a little weaker than others. We'd love a better events management system than what's currently included and its peer-to-peer campaign tools aren't as strong as others on the market.

I think DonorPerfect's interface is very user friendly. It is easy to identify and search out donors and gifts. But probably my favorite thing about DonorPerfect is their customer service. They are consistently helpful, friendly and often educate me on best practices.

Probably the "pledge" piece of DonorPerfect. I realize DonorPerfect is not an accounting software, but there are times I would like the pledges to be a little more flexible. For example, each month, I run my pledge 'reminders' manually because it's not feasible to just run all of the pledges due in a given period (even if a frequency is known). The absolute best thing about DonorPerfect is your customer service! It’s truly second to none—the staff are friendly, professional, and easy to work with and learn from. They clearly know what they’re doing, and they consistently have the answers I need. I don’t particularly dislike this feature, but I do wish there were a more expanded video tutorial section.
