I am a fan of the ease-of-use regarding vehicle organization, i.e. it is easy to find a specific unit from the fleet list. I also like the ability it gives you regarding adding drivers and information in a straight-forward manner, with minimal navigating through several different screens to get to where you need to go. There honestly isn't much that I didn't like about it, especially when compared to other telematic platforms. I would like to see a better historical trip tracking function, in terms of determining where a vehicle has been in the past and between specific dates. It is a little confusing at times. The incredible thing about this software is its simplicity; anyone can easily use it. This UI is so attractive to see and use; all the tools are arranged professionally and interestingly. The map and the GPS provided with this software is a little bit cumbersome and even clumsy sometimes. The GPS does not work properly when there is an issue in the server or the network speed is poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The "beeping" warning when drivers are speeding or in a harsh driving event is very useful for training drivers to stay safe. Scared the drivers, but kept their speed down. The tracking worked fairly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that the devices can be manually removed by the drivers led to a lot of issues. Drivers would occasionally bump the device out with their long legs. It led us to question whether the drivers were removing them or not and distrusting our drivers, but also since there were occasional connectivity issues we were sometimes wrong in our accusations. I can Web transfer Elogs for my drivers to officer laptop no matter where I am, I just need to log in system select driver and dates, and click send.
