For the files my team works with, security is of the upmost importance and files.com meets that need! We use it on a daily basis for multiple purposes and working with various clients around the world. I think there is a space for tutorials or FAQs so all the features can be exploited better by both regular and infrequent users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use files.com to connect with customers that require a mechanism to share data outside the realm of office365. We also use files.com to send Cisco router backups and this has helped us in recovery situations quickly. The most helpful feature about using Files.com is the quality of the document view. It's so easy to read and navigate through a document compared to the previous managed file transfer platform I used.

Files.com also allows for using the most secure form of two factor authentication such as a Yubikey. This is huge especially these days when cyber hacking is a big problem. It gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive files are as secure as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Files.com is a fabulous product. I have been using it for the last 6 1/2 years and am amazed at the growth and progress that has been developed and continues to develop. The breadth of functionality and versitality is exciting to use.

Files.com provides my engineering team with the flexibility required for large data sharing ventures with our clients and partners, while equipping our sales team with quick-to-use solutions embedded within our current sales/marketing tech stack. The support and service we've received over the years has always been great. Implementing the system was also relatively straight forward, which allowed our customers to continue with their existing paths of engagement with sales and engineering. The best part of files.com is the ease of use and built-in management user interface. Managing the different aspects of permissions is very intuitive and easy to learn. Implementation was a breaze.
