I like that GoAnywhere MFT allows us to build 'projects,' which are automated scripts to move, copy, or delete files at a granular level. It's great for creating a streamlined automated process, especially since we have many files and reports created daily within our EMR system that need sharing. GoAnywhere MFT works perfectly as a middleware solution for our file transfer needs. I also appreciate that it works with SharePoint, which we've migrated to as our main file management platform. The product is not too difficult to set up from an IT perspective, though help from the IT team is needed for enterprise-level use. The versatility in handling different file transfer methods is a big plus. Even though we don’t utilize it to its full potential, I would still rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommendation. I know that there is an Outlook add-in for GoAnywhere but it would be nice to have a small lite version of a GoAnywhere client to assist with general FTP uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Timothy,
Thanks for the review! For general transfers, you can use the GoAnywhere Desktop client or any 3rd party FTP tool.
