"Easy and Effective"

What do you like best about Files.com?

It is incredibly easy to use. I don't need to spend time trying to figure out how to use the application, it is very intuitive. It has allowed me to share documents effortlessly and securely. Our technology team has easily integrated it into our techstack so that we can simply login with SSO so I don't need to remember another password - a huge plus! I have not needed to rely on their customer support team; however, I suspect, customer support would be representative of the quality of their product. It is quick, easy, and secure - I really couldn't ask for more! I use Files.com at least weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

I can't think of anything I would change about the product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I often have to share large documents with vendors and lawyers that are far to large to email. Files.com has provided me with a secure medium to do this. I often work with photographers and videographers in marketing who need to send me enormous files. I am quickly able to provide them with an upload link to a share folder. It has also given me peace of mind when sharing sensitive documents that I don't feel comfortable sending via email. I am able to transfer them without fear they will be intercepted. "Overall good"

What do you like best about Files.com?

The facility to learn and use the available tools is definitely a big plus. It's pretty intuitive. It also greatly helps when you need to share large files, fast and without needing to compress them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

Maybe, make it a little more customizable. I'd love if it was also a little more accessible price wise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes my life easier with transferring files in a secure and fast way. It's very easy to get overwhelmed when you have too many files to manage and it overall just makes me more efficient and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
