The web site is easy to use. The Pro version has some great features that helps with SEO. Being able to share experience.com reviews on Google, LinkedIn and other platforms is really beneficial. Our team at Guild Mortgage was easily able to integrate Experience.com with our survey system. Review requests are sent automatically once a loan closes. I love that it automatically asks for the review from the client and agents involved without us having to do it on our own so we never forget. I also love the fact that it links to all social media. My company have worked with Experience.com for several years now. The automatic nature of review requests and notifications when new reviews are received make Experience.com a no brainer. I can't wait to read the reviews. It is a great marketing tool to utilize via the automated post to social option, and other ways my Marketing team uses the top rankings data. The integration of AI with up to 5 choices has been very useful, even if i choose to personalize to some degree. I like that Experience.com suggests the client also shares a Google review. I'm not so sure there is a down side. Just getting acclimated to how it works and learning best practices, when we have so many different tools to learn and keep up to date on changes as they occur. Continued/increased efforts by Experience.com to promote more consumers and industry related professionals looking for and relying on Experience.com as one of the primary go-to's for loan originator ratings/reviews. I love that it shows me where I need to be stronger with online presence and all the additional areas were I am listed but wasn't aware. It's a huge challenge to get realtors to want to pay for another "thing". I haven't been able to get any realtor to pay for the pro subscription as they have so many other sources out there that they use. I agree that this helps compartmentalize all of those other things but getting a realtor pay for nearly anything new is a challenge. I love how the survey goes out to all the parties. I have more reviews from realtors in the last few years using Experience.com than I have my whole 18yr career. My least favorite thing is it auto disconnects from my linked in profile. It is not easy to relink the profile, I have to log into linked in & get a new link each time. That part is a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pro version automatically sends a survey to my buyers as well as the realtors involved in the transaction. The AI generation option is a great option to replying to surveys. I love the ability to connect all of my online review platforms to one location and have the ratings pull directly to Experience.com. The Experience.com platform is very easy to use and has several ways to boost my reviews rating and publicity within Google ranking. I use it to acquire new ratings from my clients weekly. They are becoming a complete and robust solution for our company and loan officers to win online. They handle our branch and practitioner listings, they make it easy to automate social sharing, and have a intuitive system that our loan officers can use with little training. They handled our implementation well as we moved from a previous narrow solution to their robust platform. We have been supported very well by our customer success manager. She has been responsive, an advocate for us, and provided ideas for us to use the system in creative ways. We are already leading our peer groups in less than one year and we have not even implemented all of the possible solutions yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the developments for new solutions or upgrades seem to take a while. This can be frustrating when you are using their solutions they way they intend, but a bug or issue is found and not quickly resoloved. A recent example is in the Web Analytics feature. For most of our loan officers, it is calculating a "fast" load time for their web page, but other loan officers with the same type of page says, "slow". This is affecting their numeric scoring that represents their online visibility by 50+ which is a big margin. With that stated, they are listening and reviewing the issue but no ETA is available.
