The web site is easy to use. The Pro version has some great features that helps with SEO. Being able to share experience.com reviews on Google, LinkedIn and other platforms is really beneficial. Our team at Guild Mortgage was easily able to integrate Experience.com with our survey system. Review requests are sent automatically once a loan closes. I love that it automatically asks for the review from the client and agents involved without us having to do it on our own so we never forget. I also love the fact that it links to all social media. My company have worked with Experience.com for several years now. The automatic nature of review requests and notifications when new reviews are received make Experience.com a no brainer. I can't wait to read the reviews. It is a great marketing tool to utilize via the automated post to social option, and other ways my Marketing team uses the top rankings data. The integration of AI with up to 5 choices has been very useful, even if i choose to personalize to some degree. I like that Experience.com suggests the client also shares a Google review. I'm not so sure there is a down side. Just getting acclimated to how it works and learning best practices, when we have so many different tools to learn and keep up to date on changes as they occur. It would be nice if the reviews could cross-post to other review platforms instead of just logging reviews left elsewhere, but understand this would be a challenge. I also wish it could take the content from each review, and load it into a pre-determined template that we could setup to auto-post to socials, instead of just the plain-text version that it posts currently. I love that it shows me where I need to be stronger with online presence and all the additional areas were I am listed but wasn't aware. It's a huge challenge to get realtors to want to pay for another "thing". I haven't been able to get any realtor to pay for the pro subscription as they have so many other sources out there that they use. I agree that this helps compartmentalize all of those other things but getting a realtor pay for nearly anything new is a challenge. I love how the survey goes out to all the parties. I have more reviews from realtors in the last few years using Experience.com than I have my whole 18yr career.
