Uploading on the go is incredibly easy! I love that the app allows for both smart scans and manual input for receipts. It’s also simple to keep my trips organized with separate reports for later reconciliation. I can input all my budget line items, making it easier to itemize everything. I use this every time to claim expenses our company allows me to pay. It is a very transparent tool with many inbuilt features that are pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like the easy form that helps you to see who approves the reimbursement, when it gets approved and how it really merges with Gmail to give updates on the go. I use expensify monthly at work for reimbursement of work travel. My favorite feature is the email integration that allows you to email expenses directly to expensify. I feel like some of the items could be added for me based on what I normally enter, ie. it could suggest some of my most frequently used comments or people who are normally part of my expenses. It would be great if I could select a month I want to add expenses for so it's not defaulting to the current date.
