Expensify's user-friendly interface makes dealing with expenses easy. I particularly love their email forwarding function, which makes keeping track of expenses while I'm on the go painless. It allows itemized expense claim, allow to upload bills easily, we can select the cost centre and expense category in which the cost needs to be booked. One of the best features of expensify is that if we are going on a corporate lunch, then it allows us to select the attendees of the lunch event. The most helpful feature of Expensify is its automated expense reporting, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual data entry errors. I also really like the SmartScan technology which allows me to snap a photo of a receipt and let Expensify handle the rest. Expensify is a great way to centralize business expenses and allows employees from different locations to access business funds for work purposes. It also gives reminders to send receipts for purchases and helps employers to see everyone's purchase activity in one centralized place. Sometimes it's hard to see the physical card and digital card, but that's minor. It also could be more helpful to see all purchases in a pie-chart sort of way to see which employees might be spending more than others and why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm coming up on 30 years in the sales profession and I've been been traveling the world piling up expenses and receipts around the globe. I remember stapling expense receipts on an 8 1/22 by 11 piece of paper and submitting via mail for reimbursement sometimes months later. I used CONCUR and it was worse than paper. I've been using Expensify for the past 5 years and I LOVE IT! Easy to use, fast, great loop to confirm expense process from start to finish. (Reimbursement). The mobile APP is amazing!!
