It's super easy to upload receipts. It's very intuitive. I get quick responses. Updates on the progress of my submissions. We used to use paper reimbursement process for our work. This is like a dream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I travel hundreds of thousands of miles a year. Expensify makes reporting my expenses easy as can be. I can immediately take a picture of a receipt or simply forward it right from my email...and, just like that, I have it in my report. This is really hard to pinpoint. The app is well done. But I wish I could download pdf's from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is outstanding. A simple photo from my phone captures each receipt, populates the data and will generate reports within a few days to my inbox. Simple, and affordable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, the software will not be able to scan the receipt and I will have to enter it manually. This is a very minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ORC of receipts, the autopopulation of fields, the mobile app for submitting receipts while waiting at the airport. The mileage mapping feature is nice too. But the best feature is the visibility into the approval flow that I have. I know exactly if there is an issue and everything is nicely organized for my approver to quickly signoff.

I also like the Uber integration. This saves alot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have 2 issues.

1. You can only attache one image per expense. Sometimes I need 2, especially for receiptless kiosks where you need to take pictures of the screens, and you need to scroll to see everything.

2. For mileage mapping. I wish it would let me record an entire day of travel and let me pickout the trips. This will prevent me from forgetting to take trips, especially when you're engaged with a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the fast uploads and the structured overview it provides. It’s also great to pause and return to a task later. Most fields are filled in automatically, which saves time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
