What do you like best about Expensify?

I simply upload the purchase receipts, the site itself already fills in the value information, and the company easily reimburses me for the expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expensify?

The way to submit the receipts could be simpler, as I upload them on a page where everything is detected automatically, but it only gets sent when I switch tabs and click to send it to the responsible department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?

With it, I quickly and easily receive reimbursement for expenses incurred by me, which will be paid by the company. I don't need to talk to anyone. I just send the receipt through it, and approval, in some situations, is automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing to dislike about expensify, I can reimburse my travel expense to office and office events through expensify and its smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Expensify?

Scanning is so accurate; reports easy to generate (reimbursable vs non-reimbursable makes private and company expenses easy to manage); duplicates picked up and easy to eliminate; intgration to xero. Customer service is always responsive. I use it all the time and it was super easy to install Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expensify?

Some reporting (slicing and dicing of reports to pull specific categories - eg Petrol and car claims) are less easy to tag and retrieve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and intuitive. It's also very easy to scan receipts with the smart scanner that inputs your expense information in for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Expensify?

The bes thing that I like about Expensify is its SmartScan technology. It's a game-changer when it comes to handling expenses.

The way it smoothly scans and pulls out details from receipts is such a time-saver. No more dealing with the hassle of manual data entry — it just simplifies the entire process of reporting expenses. The user-friendly interface and real-time tracking made the overall experience quite positive. I have personally used it multiple times to submit several reports in my firm for both me and my team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expensify?

One thing that I dislike about Expensify is that sometime it auto scans wrong receipt autoamtically, which cause a manual effort for user to discard that expence and submit it again the correct one. It doesn't happen every time, but when it does, it can be a bit frustrating.

Additionally, the pricing might be a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller businesses, making you reconsider the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Expensify is helping organizations to proive a streamlined process to manage expences from initial load stage to end stage till approval or reject of bill. It also shares info if amount is credited to user or not, else user can explicitly acknowledge same.

Before Expensify came into the picture, handling expense reports used to be this time-consuming chore. Now, it's streamlined and hassle-free. The ability to set and enforce expense policies also ensures that everyone's on the same page, reducing the chances of compliance issues. So, it's not just about solving problems; it's about making the whole process smoother and more efficient. It's truly been a game-changer in the way we handle expenses.

I've tried other platforms too, but none come close to the seamless processes offered by Expensify. My and my org members all votes for expensify only compared to other expense management tool that we have tried before and after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
