I find that this is a very easy tool to use. I like the way it collates the weekly expenses into a report and helps me to identify each expense type. using the app means I can quickly add/photo new expenses as I go. The app sometimes becomes unresponsive. I also find that the scanning function isn't that great - I often have to add the expenses manually or correct it. I guess that is based on AI, so I don't think that is up to scratch . I guess the ROI is ok - better than having to do everything manually. I appreciate the ergonomics of Expensify, it's quite simple. What is really useful is the ease of scanning documents quickly or sending them directly by email. I would say that from time to time when uploading a document, it usually needs to be corrected. I think there can be improvements on that. Then, for the mileage part, there is a lot of work to be done. Today, on mobile, it's almost impossible to justify mileage expenses, even with GPS. You have to go to the computer to be able to do it.
