What do you like best about Evam?

- I would like to see more detailed and informative reports on campaigns conducted in EVAM, including deeper data analysis and visualization.

Evam has an incredibly fast engine (processing in less than a second) for decision-making and actions, which can be triggered by all kinds of events. It also comes with highly advanded offer management functionality which is not easy to find within such a tool. It is very flexible, easy to use, and allows you to orchestrate all types of marketing and CX journeys across channels using an event-action methodology. You can position it as the core of all kind of customer communications.The team is very professional, friendly, and helpful and they constantly improve their product features (launching new ones, improving existing ones, etc.). • Campaign effectiveness has improved by taking immediate action on customers’ real-time financial activities.

• While EVAM is often recognized for its real-time event management capabilities, its batch campaign management structure is also very robust. EVAM has become a preferred alternative to the other campaign tools used in our bank for batch campaigns.

• We faced challenges integrating channels with our existing batch campaign tool, and some channels are still not fully integrated. With EVAM, we quickly integrated digital channels and effectively managed customer communications.

• In a setup where we progressed without an SDK for the mobile banking channel, EVAM adapted quickly and agilely to our designed architecture, providing an effective solution. The front end of Evam needs to be worked on. When you encounter an error while creating a scenario, it’s not easy to understand the reason if you haven’t used it for a long time. Some unexpected errors affect the functionality. Sometimes no one can understand the cause of the error. Long-term investigation is required.
