I really liked the wide choice of email templates, the A/B email subject name testing with the dotMailer software. It is a very user friendly software. dotMailer really built the software around the user and not forced the user to work around the software. The training session at their office in Croydon, England was informative and succinct. I liked the clear and honest way that the account manager dealt with all my queries. The fact that dotMailer have an office in the UK was great too as it meant I could talk directly on the phone to my account manager.
