The layout and user experience is well thought out. They understand well why people use their tool, and plan it out in a great way that it's easy to pick up and easy to understand if exploring something new. I recently set up a automation program for the first time and the presaved templates on this were a life saver! So easy to set up and IT easily integrated an API so I could automatically inport my leads into the program to make it all automated. I think I've reached out to customer support once and they were super helpful, I tend to use the help blogs more as they have exactly what I'm looking for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to send a lot of timed 'flash sale' emails. These are sent every two weeks. It would be handy to have a way to speed this up with a feature somehow as I currently copy and paste the previous emails, but if I could bunch them together (I sent 4 at a time), so it's all part of a campaign to report on the weekend flash, rather than individually, that would be really cool. DotDigital makes it intuitive to navigate your database, comply with data-safety requirements, and design compelling and engaging content, which you can deliver in a somewhat bespoke manner. It also makes tracking and monitoring analytics very straight-forward, and keeps the data and response at your fingertips. It was easy to roll-out to our team, and ensure we can jump on the platform to deliver communications regularly. We use it all the time now. I think for a while allthe development was very targeted towards ecommerce brands which left other industries on the back foot a little but I think this trend is starting to change and being able to add development suggestions to the road map is helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The apps are very intuitive to use and simple to set up. The automations work great and its very easy to send out emails. The onboarding team and customer service are nice and you get to talk to actual people. Dotdigital allows you to do pretty much anything you need for email marketing. You can create programs, one-off email campaigns, and there is a lot of personalisation. I use Dotdigital every day in my work life. Whenever there is something I'm unsure about, I can use the live chat function to speak to someone within minutes. Dotdigital makes it easy for people with limited digital skills to easily build multi-channel journeys via email, SMS and digital advertising. It also has a connector with Microsoft Dynamics 365, so we have data passing to and from our CRM regularly.
