What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The layout and user experience is well thought out. They understand well why people use their tool, and plan it out in a great way that it's easy to pick up and easy to understand if exploring something new. I recently set up a automation program for the first time and the presaved templates on this were a life saver! So easy to set up and IT easily integrated an API so I could automatically inport my leads into the program to make it all automated. I think I've reached out to customer support once and they were super helpful, I tend to use the help blogs more as they have exactly what I'm looking for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

I have to send a lot of timed 'flash sale' emails. These are sent every two weeks. It would be handy to have a way to speed this up with a feature somehow as I currently copy and paste the previous emails, but if I could bunch them together (I sent 4 at a time), so it's all part of a campaign to report on the weekend flash, rather than individually, that would be really cool. What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my role, I need to make sure I sent emails out to strictly no-members for my recruitment and sometimes I often segment campaigns so I need to easily replicate emails and send them on. Using the segment tool I can easily set up rules to exclude lists of members and other segments, this gives me huge piece of mind and it's so quick and easy to do too! We also appreciate your feedback on the 'flash sale' emails you send and how you'd like to be able to report on them. Whilst you're right, at the moment it isn't possible to have them all in one report, you're able to use campaign tags which allow you to group them together which you can then filter the reports page on to see the high-level reports for all of those campaigns.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The functionality of the platform is extremely useful and reliable. The customer support is also outstanding and every time i have needed help, they have gone above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

i can't think of any downsides. The only challenge we had was at the beginning when we set up own domains and had to earn credibility for them. This isn't a DD problem though, just part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

DotDigital makes it intuitive to navigate your database, comply with data-safety requirements, and design compelling and engaging content, which you can deliver in a somewhat bespoke manner. It also makes tracking and monitoring analytics very straight-forward, and keeps the data and response at your fingertips. It was easy to roll-out to our team, and ensure we can jump on the platform to deliver communications regularly. We use it all the time now. What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

No complaints so far, although if you are using a non-traditional web-platform, it may, as expected, take a little longer to get full integration with your web data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

I think the user interface is some of the easiest to navigate of all marketing software I have used but even if you get a bit stuck the AI, support chat and white papers are always on hand to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think for a while allthe development was very targeted towards ecommerce brands which left other industries on the back foot a little but I think this trend is starting to change and being able to add development suggestions to the road map is helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

- Lots of applications for personalisation, segmentation and statistics

- Easy to build an email using the programme

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

- An overall distrust in the data dot digital can provide - especially when it comes to RFM scores

- A few features and campaigns we want to do (example automatic emails when a customers moves rank) aren't possible.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The apps are very intuitive to use and simple to set up. The automations work great and its very easy to send out emails. The onboarding team and customer service are nice and you get to talk to actual people. Our monthly meetings are always productive and with their help i have continued to improved our returns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

Their chat function is still lacking, the survey options are limited and the pop ups are not that configurable. I still have to use other programs for them. I would like to see this side developed more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital allows you to do pretty much anything you need for email marketing. You can create programs, one-off email campaigns, and there is a lot of personalisation. I use Dotdigital every day in my work life. Whenever there is something I'm unsure about, I can use the live chat function to speak to someone within minutes. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital makes it easy for people with limited digital skills to easily build multi-channel journeys via email, SMS and digital advertising. It also has a connector with Microsoft Dynamics 365, so we have data passing to and from our CRM regularly. The Customer Success team made it easy for us to transition from MailChimp, and for a similar subscription price we are getting a lot more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
