What do you like best about Dotdigital?

I love how user-friendly the platform is, and how intuitive it is. Things like creating segments, building emails, designing automations and reporting are all so easy to do. Some of the more advanced features such as contact persona scoring are very useful when building out targeted segments and take away some of the manual work required for customer data. I have excellent support from my account managers who are constantly there working with me on my projects and helping me get things off the ground. Dotdigital have also helped me build out a super complex replenishment automation which is something the business has been keen to implement. I have never felt restrcited by the platform, it allows us to exuctue everything from a CRM point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

There are small things such as some of the limitations when building out segments or when scheduling emails that I have seen on other platforms but not on Dotdigital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building out advanced customer journeys - unfortuantly we don't have a huge dev team but with the help of Dotdigital they have helped us develop, build out and execute mulitple journeys. In the pipeline at the moment is Abandon Basket, I have simply subbmitted a brief and Dotdigtal will develop the whole automation for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital is an easy to use, intuitive, all-in-one marketing platform that has simplified email marketing management within our business.

We've been able to create and automate highly personalised campaigns and workflows (it only takes a few minutes) and take advantage of the amazing segmentation feature that Dotdigital has to offer.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dodigital is an all in one e-marketing platform which offers so many enhanced features. It is great to have an all signing and all dancing platform which allows for so much more than such email sends.

In particular I like the revenue tracking and the AI learning to be able to find look a like audiences.

It is easy to navigate and use - Winston AI answers an quiries I may have.

The onboarding process was simple with regular weekly calls to ensure we stayed on track.

Our account manager has been great, and is on hand to answer any questions we may have.

The platform has integrated easily with our website (which is custome built) as well as social media and Google accounts toensure everything is streamlined.

We use Dotdigital every day, and it has become the main focus of our marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The DD platform is great on Magento 2. The integration is really good. We had issues with our assigned representatives when we started over at DD. We lost a couple of them and we had issues with our account I was trying to get resolved. Then we were assigned Priscylla and she helped us fix a lot! I explained all the issues we had trying to set up additional more complicated campaigns. I mentioned some of the problems we had with our account I had been trying to get resolved to no avail. Priscylla understood my concerns and immediately started to address them. She got the right people involved and we started to work through each issue one at a time until they were all fixed.

DD is a very robust platform. They have tons of segmentation tools that can help you market and sell. The automation are outstanding also.

Also, the support team over at DD is amazing. Some of the best I have ever worked with. Very responsive and will help you get what you need to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

When we first started with DD we had a bit of a rough go. We were given a representative that quit the first 3 weeks of us being on boarded. Then we were given another rep who and vast experience with the DD product but was in a time zone that was not practical for us to work with. Then because of her health issues, we lost her. Next were assigned a new hire representative, they wanted to be helpful, but it never really worked out, and they left DD also.

So being bounced around was an issue. Having outstanding problems with the account for so long was a problem also. They were not problems that stopped us from marketing, just things were not set up right and we had some problems we were trying to get fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dotdigital:

Make sure you take your time and get on boarded correctly. May issues we experience because of items missed or not mapped during set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems were account-based issues with abandoned cart mapping to a guest list. Also, our post purchase review emails, the dynamic link generated was directing customers to an unstyled page on our Magento 2 site, the next DD update fixed this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience with Dotdigital has been nothing short of exceptional. From the start, the level of support we've received, especially from our onboarding manager, has been incredible. She was always just an email away, ready to answer even the simplest of questions, and her responsiveness made the entire transition process smooth and stress-free.

The platform's ease of use is outstanding. It has an intuitive interface, and the learning materials provided have been a game-changer compared to our previous email solution. These resources make it easy to understand and implement all the platform’s robust features.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital is very user-friendly. The base is very extensive with, among other things, RFM analyses and segmentation possibilities. From the base it is possible to expand with functionalities such as chat, SMS, Social Ads and Google Ads.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital tool is easy to use and is marketer friendly. The platform allows you to create emails with templates and drag and drop tool. Plus our KAM is very helpful in my queries and concerns. Love that they constantly upgrade and provide more features like AI and integrations. The quarterly events to meet up with customers and to provide updates on their product offerings. What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

For more custom features, will require extra effort and discussion with IT to setup or create a fluid script. And more testing needed, but its good. Glad we have the luxury of doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
