What do you like best about Dotdigital?

As an organisation we love using Dotdigital, it has a vase number of features which you can incorporate into any campaign. Compared to other platforms Dotdigital is setup to be used as a marketing function and has key elements like A/B testing, plain text etc all in mind when setting up a email campaign.

One thing which really stands out to us is the customer support tools, there are endless amount of guides along with chat support which has been more than useful at the those times you just can't figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

Can't fault it! Unfortunately for us internally we had a new CRM system implemented and unfortunately the integration with Dotdigital just wasn't possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a number of colleagues across the business which need to send emails. Dotdigital allows us to train these colleagues to be self-sufficient on the platform and be responsible for their own emails. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital's market-leading email tool was ahead of its time 15 years ago. Since then they have strengthened it with new features and tools that are as easy to use.

They guide you through the implementation and integration with other systems.

I feel sorry for other marketers that aren't able to use Dot Digital.

When I go for a job interview and they are heavily wedded to a competitor tool with no interest in moving to dot digital I may take a pass on the job. Dot Digital is part of the kit I use to help businesses.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

There's a real risk that as Dot Digital gets bigger and adds features it will be its downfall if it can't deliver those features in as much quality as it does already for the rest of the platform. Half baked.

Having to pay extra for Google ads audiences is a bit lame.

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital’s user interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up and navigate campaigns, even for beginners. The drag-and-drop email builder is super easy to use. Advanced analytics and reporting tools, the ability to segment audiences based on behaviour, preferences, and demographics has been a huge advantage for targeting the right customers with the right message at the right time. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The platform itself is reliable, with user-friendly interface that makes utilizing Dotdigital a breeze. Plus, customer support is extra responsive and helpful, always resolving whatever technical issues I face (which isn't many) on the spot. What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

It is first and foremost an email marketing platform with SMS marketing features. I find that there's much to improve with the SMS portion, perhaps better trackability of performance. However, having said that, SMS greatly differs region by region based on the country's telecom laws and whatnot so restrictions in what type of content is allowed in SMS might vary for this reason. Dotdigital makes personalizing communication easy for marketers at any level. Whether beginner, intermediate, or a proficient user, Dotdigital allows users to craft targeted communication materials that increases engagement metrics (not to mention revenue from conversion). What do you like best about Dotdigital?

It is easy to use, the drag an drop editor makes for really professional emails to customers, the automation is amazing and really brings in results. it is easy to manage the data and segments make it easy to direct emails to the most appropriate people - all in all it is out foremost marketing tool.The customer support is great, my account manager is really engaged and easy to get help from and the re ae many FAQs and topics to find help from whilst waiting for the account manager to get back to you. We use it daily and would be lost without it.It is easy to implement by many different staff, however we haven't yet integrated it into our CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The simplicity of using the platform, the updates that are always offering the latest features. The customer support given throughout my experience with DotDigital has been excellent, right from when I spoke with Sales (Elliot) to get our bespoke quote and well into our onboarding with Oliver. In between during my onboarding I had Josh and Anna assist with the setup of our account and the integration with Adobe. Love the look and feel of the platform and the ability to switch seemlessly from our parent account to our child account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

The onboarding experience was a little clunky and I felt that I was 'left to it' in the first month but after I was passed onto another staff member they took a lot more of a hands on approach (which I prefer this type of aid) and worked through implementing programs and integrating our Adobe Commerce Cloud platform with DotDigital. This was a very positive experience after the first month feeling a little overwhemed with the integration process when things went wrong. I don't dislike the templates but feel more could be offered to clients such as a taster of their branding styled emails which is usually a paid service/upgrade...this could be given as a one of template to trial at the start of our journey with DotDigital which would support a case to free up more budget. What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had workflows previously provided by Zoho Campaigns, however the amount of features on DotDigital are leagues above what we were able to use in the old system. With programs and auto emails ready to be sent daily we are truly seeing the benefits of having these in place and it has also saved me a lot of time. The template designs are friendly enough and have enough to cover what we need it for, although it would be nice to have more options to offer our customers. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The onboarding was very detailed, and informative done by Carlus who was great and answered all our questions. The ongoing support and online guides/blogs/AI bot were really helpful when questions arose or team members needed extra training. Email journeys were easy to build/track. We were able to cleanse our subscribers, using DotDigital tools to remove invalid contacts and also double-verifying new contacts which was great to ensure compliance. The reporting section was very detailed showing website visitors and it was easy to export reports and customise them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

As our company is sales-focused, we ideally wanted to be able to send emails as though they were being sent from individuals in our company such as an email from our CEO's work email rather than a marketing domain. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

Dotdigital makes it easy to target and segment out our audience and send emails with their user-friendly drag-and-drop systems. It's a breeze to make templates and automate our emails all in place.

Their support team is one of the best and is quick to respond and solve issues. It's also great to be appointed a rep to meet with quarterly to go over issues, and upcoming changes, and be informed on what is happening at Dotdigital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

There aren't many downsides to Dotdigital. Setting up automated emails, updating them, and back-end items, can be cumbersome. Most likely due to how my predecessor set it up. it is something I would like to overhaul in the future, especially with the new Fres Revalence merger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dotdigital is serving its purpose by providing our customers with high-quality emails, content and getting them the information they need to keep shopping with us. All while providing great reports so we know what does well and what we can improve on, it's easy to track emails and integrate with GA4 so we know exactly what we need to do.
