What do you like best about DevRev?

UserExperior provides comprehensive user session recordings, allowing me to delve into the minds of my users. The ability to watch real-time user interactions, understand their behaviors, and identify pain points has been invaluable in optimizing our website. The playback functionality, coupled with intuitive filters and search options, make it effortless to navigate through countless sessions and pinpoint specific issues. What do you dislike about DevRev?

One area that could benefit from enhancement is the user interface (UI) of the UserExperior platform itself. While the functionality is robust, the UI can feel slightly overwhelming and cluttered at times. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: UserExperior's session recordings allow support teams or developers to investigate and reproduce reported issues. What do you like best about DevRev?

It helps to understand PMs whether the flow designed is helping their users in the right direction or not, it also allow or enables to check the responsiveness of apis and speed. Some of the cool features are Heatmap analysis, funnel to check drop off and api responsive speed or letting know the type of error customer faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Not I could think off but surely one thing I see or look forward is allowing events to track server driven events also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

UserExperior helps the business to understand the customer mindset set what customer wants and allows us to analyse the gap between the product and the customer in a more visual form Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

What do you like best about DevRev?

Provides insights into user behaviour on landing pages. Places where the interactions need to be changed, loading screens to be added etc. Helps in observing how the end user is interacting with your application & make the changes necessary to reduce friction points & tweak design language & UX if needed.

It is a heavy software & have to send out as part of a very small base so as to not impact overall app load times & other things which can make one worry about sampling bias Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

DevRev's integration with Slack is deep, the ability to create issues, assign members just through Slack bot commands is handy. Their integration with GitHub (pull requests) is also seamless to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Would like to see Kanban board view of the issues present instead of a list view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?

We migrated our cards in Trello to Issues in DevRev, their team was very helpful in helping us perform this migration. We are yet to setup PLuG but the product has a wide range of integrations that helps us with project management, support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

UserExperior provide the real time experience and what dificulties customer is facing if there is any bug or crash is there developer will be able to track it easily can fix it ASAP. Intergation is very quick and Implemetaion is quick Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

1 thing i found missing here that dashboard custmization feature is less. if you want to enable or disable recording for coutry form portal which we can't do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
