I have been using Deel for over two years now, and I feel I am fed-up with what they do!

Every time an error happen or something from them happens they refuse to admit their mistakes, they literally ignore every aspect of saying sorry and just try to find a different way of rounding up their mistake to cover it with words of emptiness, everyone in their support team give different SLAs based on whatever they think the CX like to hear and nothing realistic about it. Another issue again, and still no obvious way of admitting their mistakes, another payment delivery issue, another payment not sent but they say we did send it, or they wait for 3 days til they actually send it and then respond that they did.

I asked for a proof of payment and they haven't even provided that to me, they want me to wait 3 to 4 days to get a proof that I was even paid.

Deel is a money laundry app, and I don't recommend anyone using it. They charge us over $1000 a month for those payments yet they don't deliver them!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Another thing, I'd love if Deel is like wize were you keep your money for as much as you'd love to, and don't have to withdraw it within a limitation of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

setting up the account was pretty simple, which doesn't happen in otherr payroll systems. It was working really fast, I had a pending payment for I just joined a new company and I hadn't stablished Deel payments, and I thought "well now I'll have to waith untill next paying period" but no, I created my Deel profile and the money is now here in like 48 hours. Also love that there's Wise integration and that it is $0, also, unlike other companies, they are really up front about their processing times (and apparently your money is ready even a little before the forecasted time, no delays). The fact that they sent me my money so fast while not on a payment day makes me think Custommer Support is strong in this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not that I disliked something but I'd love to see more deposit options, I mean Wise is perfect but I'd like to eventually see DolarApp for instance. It is cool that there are bitwallet options, but for me particularly, Bitso wallet would be ideal or Dukaskopy to directly invest my money. But you guys are doing amazingly well. What i love about deel is how easy is to navigate you can send your money to your local bank wihout issues i love that when im inside my app i know where everything is i can review my contract set up automatic withdrawals i so easy also having a virtual is a plus i havent had a single problem with it always fast to track my expenses i love that i relieve notifications , having also perks and discounts in múltiple plataforms is also really cool becuase just for getting paid i enjoy multiple benefits i hope triste review gets to somenone keep up the good work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deel have a user-friendly interface that takes the headache out of onboarding international talent and managing contracts. Document verification is automated and quick. The platform's ability to handle payments in multiple currencies with automated scheduling is a game-changer. We can also get cards both virtual and physical in usd which hepled me a lot to buy subscriptions and softwares without worrying about low conversion rates and taxes. We can also withdraw a portion of salary in advance, amazing. They have rewards programs as well and offer discounts. I recommended, for employers and contractors as well, as an easy way to pay for work and then transfer it to your bank.

I didn't have issues with Deel. There are some functions like taxes that I don't use in my country. Some fees could be reduced, but I think that is going to depend on the amount of people who use that wallet or bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Deel is the number of options in which one could get paid in, also the commission rates are the lowest I have seen compared to other platforms I have used in the past. I really like how easy it is to use, very simple and effective to implement payments. In some occasions you could even get paid earlier then the predetermined payment day. And the withdrawl option pays you in seconds which I have never seen in other platforms as far as payroll. The platform is well integrated and it has a good number of features as well as a lot of discounts with many online compoanies. I use it frecuently and never had any issues with not one payment, something i cannot say with other patforms. If any questions, their customer service replies very quickly and they effectively help you faster than expected given customer service most of the time take their time to even reply to any questions.
