One downside I’ve noticed with using Deel is the customer support. There have been a couple of times when I needed help, and it felt like it took forever to get a clear response. I’ve been using Deel for hiring and paying people from different countries, and it has made everything much easier. The platform helps with onboarding, contracts, and compliance, so I don’t have to worry about legal stuff.

I like the smooth onboarding and the availability of multiple payment options. This is my second time using Deel. Both times, I was onboarded smoothly. Did not need to contact support throughout the process. Additionally, Deel offers multiple payment options. The difference now is that Deel directly pays to my local bank account. During my verification, I used a fairly worn-out voter's card. This is my only acceptable verification document since my passport has expired. The verification system would not accept this. Deel has many benefits and ways to earn money in addition to money transfers characteristic of other similar platforms. It is very easy to install and the sign-up process is quick. I really love how smooth the platform works. I’m able to receive my payment within a couple of hours, even though DEEL provides a time span of a few business days for the payment to arrive. The payment processors are very clear — I can easily see when I’m being paid and when I’ll be able to withdraw the funds. The option to hold money in a card is a great added bonus. Although I don’t personally use this feature, I think it’s very convenient. I haven’t had any issues using the platform so far, and I’m really happy with the service. I have been using Deel for over two years now, and I feel I am fed-up with what they do!

Every time an error happen or something from them happens they refuse to admit their mistakes, they literally ignore every aspect of saying sorry and just try to find a different way of rounding up their mistake to cover it with words of emptiness, everyone in their support team give different SLAs based on whatever they think the CX like to hear and nothing realistic about it. Another issue again, and still no obvious way of admitting their mistakes, another payment delivery issue, another payment not sent but they say we did send it, or they wait for 3 days til they actually send it and then respond that they did.

I asked for a proof of payment and they haven't even provided that to me, they want me to wait 3 to 4 days to get a proof that I was even paid.

Deel is a money laundry app, and I don't recommend anyone using it. They charge us over $1000 a month for those payments yet they don't deliver them!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Another thing, I'd love if Deel is like wize were you keep your money for as much as you'd love to, and don't have to withdraw it within a limitation of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

setting up the account was pretty simple, which doesn't happen in otherr payroll systems. It was working really fast, I had a pending payment for I just joined a new company and I hadn't stablished Deel payments, and I thought "well now I'll have to waith untill next paying period" but no, I created my Deel profile and the money is now here in like 48 hours. Also love that there's Wise integration and that it is $0, also, unlike other companies, they are really up front about their processing times (and apparently your money is ready even a little before the forecasted time, no delays). The fact that they sent me my money so fast while not on a payment day makes me think Custommer Support is strong in this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not that I disliked something but I'd love to see more deposit options, I mean Wise is perfect but I'd like to eventually see DolarApp for instance. It is cool that there are bitwallet options, but for me particularly, Bitso wallet would be ideal or Dukaskopy to directly invest my money. But you guys are doing amazingly well.
