It is incredibly easy to learn and use. It allows you to keep memberships and accounts receivable/payable organized. The training that was provided was very helpful. I especially liked the fact that you could add notes regarding a member that could be seen by other employees. It helped the communication in our office to run smoother. Most everything else! The articles they produce are hard to find and even harder to utilize. They do not allow much customization making the program a lot of their functionality not useful for us.
I also struggle as a smaller Y all their really nice add-ons like Daxko Engage, and others are too pricey!
