**What do you like best about Daxko Operations?**

The system is very helpful and the support staff are great at addressing concerns and adding functionality to better support businesses. We use this program all day, almost continuously. There is built in training as well, that makes adapting to the program easy. Any upgrades made come with explanations in the system alerts.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

There can be hiccups in how changes affect functionality. This can lead to delays in customer support. And if there are billing problems we may not become aware until a day later.

**What problems is Daxko Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage member records, visitation, billing, and event/program attendance. Without this program we would have a much harder time managing our customers' needs in a timely fashion.

**What do you like best about Daxko Operations?**

I appreciate that the 'internal logic' of Daxko Operations is easy to track once you take the time to understand it, even though it does take some time to learn. For instance, handling a member's extra charge by canceling the transaction and going into pending payments to pull the transaction in-progress felt intuitive. I've been using Daxko Operations for 10 years, and it's a solid CRM, doing everything you'd expect a basic CRM to do with some training.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

The reporting tool/builder crashes too often and throws away unsaved work. The usage of plain text across the entire platform feels outdated. It's not easy to learn for newbies and needs a full pass to get updated to more modern look/functions. The engineering team behind it seems lazy in pushing the envelope for new features. The recent addition of the attendance tracker seemed like a half-measure.

**What do you like best about Daxko Operations?**

I like the ease of navigation in Daxko Operations. Each section on the menu is easily explained, so even new staff can find what they are looking for without specific training. I appreciate how it tracks memberships and allows me to add alerts for updates to both staff and members. The attendance tracker is valuable because it easily lets me match the number of people in attendance with the member count in the program. This tracking has led to helpful reports that show busier and slower times, aiding in budget and staffing decisions. It's also simple to navigate and edit anything that may be labeled incorrectly, or to utilize support for troubleshooting issues.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

Having a live support and not just AI/chat bots. Sometimes it can be difficult to express what the issue is or how it came up and this can sometimes be easier to explain to human support vs the AI chats

Daxko Operations helps track memberships and attendance, streamlines communication, and generates rosters. I appreciate its ease of navigation, which helps even new staff use it effectively. The attendance tracker provides reports showing trends and aids in budgeting and staffing decisions.

Daxko is user friendly. The improvements that have been made since I started using it in 2011 have been great.  I use the reports daily and it makes my work easier to be able to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

I wish that Custom Reports were easier to build.  The filters confuse me and I have not seen a class that is offered in person by daxko  in order to become more efficient at using them.

I use daxko mostly for fundraising. The benefit for me is keeping all the donations in order and being able to run reports as needed.

I find Daxko Operations user-friendly, which makes it much easier to handle. I specifically like how it tracks campaigns and pledges. It's easy to work with, and you can get reports pretty fast.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

I find it inconvenient that there is no feature to mass copy programs from session to session in Daxko Operations. We have to re-enter the programs every session, whereas with our old company, CCC, we could mass copy the programs and tweak them as needed. Also, the initial setup was a big struggle, but thankfully, we got through it.

Daxko Operations helps keep track of all our GL accounts and is user-friendly. I specifically like how it tracks campaigns and pledges. It's easy to work with, and you can get reports pretty fast.

Clean interface and, for the most part, it’s intuitive to navigate and find everything. It also includes plenty of the features I need.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

Registering members for programs can be confusing at times. On top of that, some button text labels feel misleading and make it harder to know what to click. The Areas Schedule section can also be difficult to read, and the interface for reserving areas feels somewhat cluttered, which makes the overall process less clear than it should be.

Bringing together what would otherwise require many different programs into a single tool is a huge plus. It makes my work more efficient, more straightforward, and easier to manage overall.

I like how the Daxko Training site allows new users to test out procedures without disrupting the Live site. It gives us the ability to test new in-house procedures and confirm our directions are correct before going live.

Speed is sometimes a factor, especially when I am on the phone with a member of the YMCA, having to wait for the computer is sometimes frustrating for them - and me.

Daxko Operations makes managing memberships, billing, and facility operations incredibly efficient. The platform is intuitive and integrates well with other YMCA systems, which streamlines administrative work and reduces errors. While Daxko Operations is powerful, some of its features could use modernization. The interface can feel dated at times, and navigating between modules sometimes requires too many clicks. Additionally, certain reports could be more customizable, and system slowdowns occur occasionally during peak usage. A more mobile-friendly version or app would also make it easier to manage tasks on the go.

Daxko Operations has streamlined many of our day-to-day processes across membership management, billing, scheduling, and reporting. Before using Daxko, tracking member payments, class attendance, and staff schedules required multiple systems and manual spreadsheets. Now, everything is centralized—making it much easier to manage member data, handle cancellations or holds, and process payments accurately. The automation of tasks like drafting, reporting, and payroll saves a tremendous amount of time and reduces human error. Overall, it has improved efficiency, communication between departments, and the overall member experience by ensuring smoother operations and faster service.

Customer Support has been lacking lately. I was excited when they added a chat bot, but it has not been helpful.

It is serving its purpose, but we are very actively looking at another program.

There are a lot of features to use to help our facility.  We use it daily for customer support and patron checkins.

The help files SUCK! 
I can generally NOT find what I need help with from the online help.

I would like to see name searches by first OR last name.

It tracks our patron logins easily.  It helps me compile and turn in monthly reports for Silver Sneakers, etc.  It also makes it fairly easy to track attendance by area.

Daxko is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.  I like the format, it's clean, well organized and makes managing memberships and fundraising simple and efficient.

The only issue I have is with the fundraising part.  I have difficulty writing off a donation or deleting it when I have entered a mistake.  But that's probably user error!

Daxko's membership data base keeps our memberships and payments in order.  I have to handle the returned draft and checks.  The way Daxko organizes the returns and how to manage them is efficient and very helpful to me.

**What do you like best about Daxko Operations?**

I appreciate being able to access all the information I need to do my job. Being able to pull up member information, adding important notes to a file, and process payments makes it easier for all our departments to work together with efficient communication. Having access to the member financial documents also makes it easier for the member to upload their payment information to their insurance for reimbursement. I like being able to access my Daxko account from anywhere, not just on work premises.

I wish there was a way to enlarge  profile photos or to access older photos that have been taken. It would make it easier when trying to match people to their profile photos, especially in cases of emergencies.

Daxko Operations allows all of our branches to have effective and efficient communication, while being able to serve members across our entire community, whether they are in front of us for assistance or through phone, email, etc. It makes our job easier and more enjoyable when we are able to solve issues without needing micromanagement or assistance from directors.

The platform’s focus on operational efficiency especially in areas like membership management, billing, and reporting—really empowers teams to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving their communities. I also appreciate Daxko’s emphasis on integration and data-driven insights, which help organizations make smarter decisions and improve member experiences

One area I think could be improved is how some of the deeper reporting or configuration options are presented to end users. A few customers I’ve talked to mention it can take time to find exactly what they need. I see this as an opportunity to enhance on boarding and create more guided in-app support tools to make those features easier to access.

I appreciate the test mode and the ease of use of Daxko Operations. It didn't take me long to understand and start using it effectively. I was able to start working right away, efficiently helping clients and clearly explaining how the changes I make will affect their membership costs. I find it to do the job well and am familiar with the system, which makes me likely to recommend it.

It crashes every once in a while and also is unable to store digital files on people's memberships more than their basic payment and identification info, like change forms and membership add-ons.

Daxko Operations organizes multiple systems into one application, allowing me to check in clients, manage accounts and payment info, and sign clients up for programs and classes efficiently.

I like the modern user interface of Daxko Operations. The ability to look up members by any information and seeing past program registrations are features I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about Daxko Operations?**

I find it frustrating that you can't filter transaction history effectively; being able to filter by transactions in batches of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months would be helpful. Also, I think the program registration process could be improved. Having to click through so many pages is a bit annoying.

The system is simply designed, layout is user-friendly and easy to use. I can go back and forward on any page with ease. If I'm using a new aspect of the website, I can easily figure it out by myself.

Some features run slower. I notice when I go into my company's programs, the system layout changes and everything loads a little slower.

scheduling and maintaining appointments for swim lessons, receiving payment easily and scheduling payments for customers. Daxko makes the seamless smooth and easy, and communicates changes between me, the instructor and the student every time I make a change so I don't have to e-mail or call them separately.

It meets our needs.  I appreciate the forethinking of Daxko and how quickly they moved to update the software and integrate required changes - such as new FTC regulations.  I appreciate how Daxko cares what we care about-the Mission and Child Abuse Prevention and helping us achieve our goals in those areas.

Our association has been Daxko customers for so long it makes us wonder what other CRM services have to offer our members.  In the recent years it has been more difficult to get good customer service support.  Our business is very small so I think we get overlooked compared to larger operations.  The Help Center is hard to navigate and as they make changes/improvements to the product, it can be hard to know what those new changes entail.

Everything is a few clicks away. You can create programs, change membership information, pay registration fees, etc., all within a few clicks of the home page.

If you enter a future date for a program, it won't pop up for a while. If you need to make changes, it is faster to create a new program and delete the old one when it pops up.

I can open a registraion and add questions to it. When people register, they answer these questions, which creates an excel sheet with all of the registrants answers on it. This makes ordering shirts and contacting clients a breeze.

Having all customer information centralized in one place is very convenient. I appreciate that there is a continuous effort to improve and innovate solutions. Membership transactions are stored in an easy-to-find location, which is helpful when responding to questions.

They are often unable to deliver prompt solutions to issues as they arise. Usually, I have to open a case, and depending on how complex my question is, it can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks to receive a response.

Having the ability to find both business and membership contacts in one place makes it straightforward and convenient to keep all information organized.

There are so many great features and automations - especially when coupled with Daxko Engage - that make it a game changer for community rec centers.

Like any system, it takes a little bit of time to learn, but learning Daxko Operations is much easier than other CRMs.

Daxko has been putting in a good amount of updating to make the check in and member search processes better for the operators. The user/consumer end is very simple to use.

Daxko overall is outdated, which they are trying to improve. It is overly difficult to register someone for multiple programs at the same time, recreating programs on a monthly/bi-monthly basis is tedious, and only being able to download reports as Excel files can be very difficult for organizations that use other operating systems.

Daxko allows our organization to easily take payments, track registrants for programs, and keep track of people using the facility.

Daxko Operations works very well for membership management. We use it daily to enter membership information and take attendance for our programs. Our families love the parent check-out process because it facilitates safe pick-up from only authorized people.

Daxko Operations has limitations when it comes to tracking activity attendance. The reporting features are also somewhat limited, in comparison to other membership databases that we have used.

I love how daxko can filter things. It goes from widest category and then further breaks it down in digestible chunks to smaller more specific categorys. Ive never had any non user error issues with finding members or programs!

Every time I switch to a new computer that doesnt remember me, I have to go back into device settings and tell it again to use the topaz signing pad instead of my mouse to accept signatures. But thats by far not nearly as bad of an issue as it could be!

It keeps manageing and changing accounts simple, predictably organized, and incredibly easy to learn as they implement new tools.

The interface for our members is difficult and not easy to navigate with just one touch. The coding errors, which have taken a great deal of time to fix, are preventing me from completing my job. In addition, there are hurdles with payment processing.
