The ease and multiple ways of connecting to a users device.
The ability to work in the background without disturbing the user.

Sometimes it can be difficult to install on clients devices, if they do not had admin rights to the machine and we have no way to push out via policy (due to customers setup). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datto RMM is easy to implement, use and has great automations and integrations. I love the seemless integration with IT Glue and Autotask. We use Datto RMM in our everyday support of our clients. The client loves this ease of opening tickets right from the agent running locally on their workstation. Datto's customer support is always avaible to help with any issues that may arise. We do have 1 issue with the Datto RMM, the web remote is not always robust. We sometimes have issues connecting to workstations with web remote, but thankfully the offer multiple remote solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it syncs with the Active directory for all users in the domain. Gives full control to remote access. Very user friendly. works with multiple screens, and secure enough to be trusted. I use it daily, very easy to implement and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't work if the user is offline. Should still allow the admin to remotely access any device in the orgnization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how we can create components to create a quick job and automate a build process.All you need is the setup.exe script and you can install any software with a few mouse clicks. THis was a great concept brought to life by RMM engineering team.

The default security admin user configuration is way too strict.
I wish the process to customize security admin access was easier to follow so we can create custom access levels instead of choosing between a few that are there by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use of the platform is top priority for our company. if you cant find what you need to do your job what good is a platform. this platform has many features however they are all where you need them and not hiding in menus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Web Remote is simply not reliable. It is frustrating to have a user on the phone, paying for our time, and they have to wait because we have to use alternative methods of remoting in.
My biggest pain point with Datto RMM is the customer support. One of my job duties is running a help desk. The solution helps us automate common routines and track our work. Getting around the site is reasonably quick. The ability to review system items and push scripts to the workstations behind the scenes allows for less user interference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more robust AI integrations into the Datto RMM platform to start making automated decisions based on alerts and trends. For instance, having AI recognize a repetitive problem that keeps getting resolved via automation and brings it to the Technician's attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use DattoRMM every work day. It has great ease of use, consistent UI with oither Kaseya products, not trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to Windows patching, integration with ITGlue, responsive and transparent support, ease to onboard customers.
