The RMM product still works. If there is any issue, support is horrible. Now they want to charge for "premium support". So, if their product breaks they want you to pay them to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support. Open a ticket and maybe get a response. I have gotten responses 6 months later, no joke. I have had support technicians say try changes XYZ and let me know. I let them know the result and didn’t hear back for 7 days. Escalate the ticket and do a poor review, the supervisor contacts me and says, "reach out any time". I reach out and, NO RESPONSE!!! This is not an isolated incident, this is now the norm. Datto support before kesaya was awesome. I regularly need to reach out to our account rep (who is great) to get support to answer a ticket. Our account rep is the only good comment I have and unfortunately there is a limit to what he can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
