What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

I like the diversity of Cvent. It offers a lot of customization and features that you don't see in most registration tools. There is a wide variety of services and products and the way they can integrate easily with external systems is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

While the variety and customization of Cvent is great, the amount of customization can make the first couple of events tedious and time-consuming to set up because you have to ensure all of your settings are "just right". What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

I have been using Cvent products for years. I love that all of my associates can view RFP's in real time and that clients can continue using Cvent when they book business with us by utilizing Passkey. What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

Cvent registration is an all-in-one system. You want attendees to feel like they are having a great experience for an event before they even leave. It is helpful to be able to house all of the information in one area for our client. You can collect all of the information you need for an event without worrying about losing any data. What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

Cvent is an excellent event management tool that my company has been using for over 11 years - and is our main conference/event tool. The product consistently improves year after year. Cvent’s customer support is outstanding, offering multiple support channels: direct calls for urgent issues, case submissions, and assistance from their friendly Account Executives. We also use Cvent’s on-site badge pick-up service, which makes the process seamless. Additionally, Cvent’s reporting capabilities are impressive, including web portals for non-Cvent users (typically management) to access reports. What do you dislike about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

The challenges we face with Cvent are minimal. Since we use Salesforce as our CRM, we rely on a third-party integration tool because Cvent’s native integration isn’t quite robust enough yet - but I admit that we have some advanced requirements. What do you like best about Cvent Event Marketing & Management?

We have used CVENT for many years now, as an organisation. It has shown to offer us continously good service, innovative practice and it stands out from other event management platforms.

LIKES:

- Streamline communication between attendee hub / webiste

builder and app

- Readily available information and support

- Brand / assets and video can be stored effectively and an "on

demand" option for event footage is a great element

- Embedding links vis blogs / webpages and registration forms

There are not many issues with CVENT apart from the following:

- Logging in can be a challenge sometimes, especially with firewalls

Cvent is really easy to use. Their updates are always in line with the needs of the user.What I appreciate most about Cvent is how user-friendly their tools and platform are. The service representatives are incredibly helpful, and I find the webinars and knowledge base easy to understand. Cvent's Event Management tool is easy to use, especially for managing events of all sizes. The platform has lots of time-saving benefits within it's intuitive website setup and administration tools, and is very helpful to simplify event planning and coordination. Cvent support is available 24/7 and can troubleshoot with you over the phone or via chat.

The platform allows you to integrate your branding and customise the customer journey.

Their abstract management portal could be enhanced to be more user friendly and to allow for information to flow into the event portal (I know they are working on the latter).
