While powerful, the ease of use and ease of implementation could be better. Setting up an event—even when cloning—takes time due to the number of manual configurations. The interface is dense, and new team members need training to navigate it efficiently. Customer support is responsive at times, but urgent issues can take longer than expected to resolve.
