"Streamlined Online Translation with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I like that Crowdin is an online service, as it allows our partners and translation agencies to translate without a hassle. The translation memory is okay, and I appreciate the option to link with an AI account. The translation process is faster, and it helps us translate products into languages in which we don't have proficiency, even though it's a bit scary. The ability to handle pull requests is mendatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

I am mostly annoyed with synchronizing translations from the source into Crowdin. There are some hiccups, it might be an issue with me not completely understanding how the integration works. Sometimes I just have no other option but to delete the integration and create it again (connection to Azure repos). I think that refreshing the translations from the source should have a separate button that would be easy to reach, and some status should be shown to indicate what is going on since it can take some time. One thing I would like to see is that a screen shot of the translating form would be available and maybe the translated text would be shown so that our transaltion agencies would have more info/context. "Kanban + Automated Reminders That Keep Teams Aligned and Productive"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

The Kamban system, combined with automated reminder emails, helps improve task organization, workflow visibility, and team coordination by allowing everyone to clearly track the progress of activities through different stages such as pending, in progress, and completed. In addition, reminder emails ensure that important deadlines, follow-ups, and pending actions are not missed, helping team members stay aligned and proactive. This integration increases productivity, reduces communication gaps, and supports more efficient project management across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface, Need to Improve the Glossary"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I use Crowdin to manage translations for clients who work with multiple languages, which I find great. I really like Crowdin's interface because it is quite 'clean' and easy to navigate. This is essential for me as a translator and reviewer, as it allows me to save time even on the simplest tasks. I highly value platforms that allow me to work in an agile and consistent manner. Additionally, I like the ability to switch between viewing modes, which makes it easier to use one mode for translating and another for reviewing. The initial setup of Crowdin was very smooth; I was able to log in with both my personal and corporate email without any difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

I think the Glossary tab could be improved. It seems to me that most clients do not use the Glossary function of Crowdin. Instead, they use Notion or Excel spreadsheets so we can keep the Glossary updated. I don't know how the creation of a Glossary directly in Crowdin works, since this step is usually the responsibility of the client/project manager, but I believe it is not such an intuitive action, which is why they prefer to use other alternatives. I believe it could be more visible on the screen, just like the 'TM AND MT SUGGESTIONS' section, which appears right on the main screen while we are translating. For example, whenever the word 'Play' appears to be translated and there is an equivalent translation in the Glossary, this suggestion should appear on the main screen, where we do the translations, so that it is not necessary to click on an extra tab to open the Glossary or something like that. "Intuitive, Reliable, and Perfect for Translations"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I like that Crowdin is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It really helps to accelerate the translation process of websites and apps. One of the most important features for me is being sure that all my progress is saved properly and right when I'm using it. Setting it up was pretty easy too; I just signed up with my work email and was ready to start working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Supportive UI for Multilingual Websites"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

A very good tool that supports multilingual websites.

Very transparent and supportive UI with translation suggestions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

There's nothing I don't like about the tool, everything runs smoothly without any complications, so I enjoy using it.

Maybe it just needs to be fixed in the code adaptation during translation so that the code is not translated and is correctly taken into account in the translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low-Friction Localization Integration That Streamlines Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

The integration allows us to create a simple process for handling localization, with very little friction in the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

The AI translation costs more than it’s worth. Basic machine translation gets you about 90% of the way there, and then you can have humans refine and polish the result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Centralization, But Monotonous Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about Crowdin?

I love how Crowdin centralizes all projects on a single platform, handling multiple documents and multiple languages. The functionality of memories and glossaries is something I really appreciate. I also found the initial setup super easy, which certainly facilitates the adoption of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdin?

The translation editor could be more intuitive. I understand that it is supposed to be simple and minimalist with few colors, but it is so monotonous that it becomes difficult to find some functions, even after years of using it. The editor could be slightly modernized, with more colors and highlights for certain functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
