If you need a comprehensive tool to manage your translation/localization, you're in the right place. With Crowdin, we reduced our translation cost by more than half (especially because of MT integrations and effective TM).
The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, which is a big plus since we use it every day for all of our translation/localization projects. Also, this makes newcomer onboarding much quicker and more effective.
When we encounter any issues, the Support team responds right away, and they speak our language, which makes resolving issues even quicker. In the past year, almost all of our requests were resolved, and we're more than happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, there is not a lot to dislike. Even if we have some improvement requests, the Crowdin team considers them when developing new features. One thing to work on is still the TM management and TM cleaning tool. However, the team is constantly developing it, and we see improvements with each release. AI integration!
And the fact that you can feed it with terminology.
It works wondefully well and helps with productivity.
Ease of use and agreable UI/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Might be a versioning issue but I have no reference to the source of the translation in the TM which can be a little annoying when we need to clean it. No notion of ICE match either which is helpful in other systems.
I find it a little rough to have a free version, and once you pass this threshold it becomes rather expensive. We are a startup with limitted use. We can go on months without using it. It would be better to have a lower subscription for clients like us.
Paying a subscription should have helped the workflow as our translator can access it now at the same time as the project manager but no. Features are so restricted for the translator that we still using the same sign-in. This is rather inconvenient for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to see languages that are translated in the string. Well integrated with our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a steep learning curve for those who manage the translations and strings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I find anoying the amount of steps I need to perform to find the key in one of the project files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the tool covers all my needs related to the managing translations. It supports a wide range of file formats, versioning (like branches in git). It has a flexible workflow, that offers a lot of tools but not requiring to use all of them.
So I have nothing to wish more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm afraid I have nothing to mention here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the translation is not consistent and need adjustments regarding the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Crowdin offers various ways of translating a product to multiple languages. Wheater you want to do translations automatically with AI and machine learning tools or with actual translators, it has you covered. It offers a lot of functionallity for tracking progress, having an overview of the projects, including a glossary and identifying duplicated strings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because of all the functionality it can be hard to understand how the process should look like, what's the best way to set up things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've been using Crowdin for many years.
It has played a crucial role in allowing us to translate our tool at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little difficult to navigate the interface in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Crowdin since many years. It improved a lot over time and grew with our needs. We translate the UI of a complex web applications split over many Git repositories. We are able to integrate everything very well in a single project. Employees of our company work everyday with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past Crowdin support signaled soon support for multi repository setups. We waited a long time for it to be "well supported". But should have sonner built or own solution customized to our needs. The built-in support is okay, but not that customizable. Luckly the CLI let you do complex integrations however you like.
