CrowdIn is very useful and easy to use for translations of your SaaS in multiple languages. Integration is fast and doesn't require much effort. I would recommend it to anyone still hesitating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing could be improved: the possibility to look for strings via an "search" UI. Similar to searching for a specific work in a PDF, being able to transport the user directly to every iteration of that search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate that Crowdin's UI is easy to navigate and understand. For basic integrations, it works seamlessly - and for more complex integrations, Crowdin's support team is hugely helpful and talented. I feel well-taken care of as a customer. I went from understanding very little about the platform to feeling much more confident.
