Honestly, I am very much happy with their marketing platform, like how it is pushing that personalised touch. It's not about a throwing some random messages and calling it a day. Instead, they are really going deep with data, understanding each customer properly, that's what the real messaging makes it feel real. Well, to be honest, it can feel a bit complex at first. There's a lot of features which is good but it takes time to really get the hang of everything.And sometimes the support documentation could be a bit clearer.
