What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

We’ve been collaborating with ContactPigeon since February 2022. It is a good platform and the team is cool. We’ve been able to see great results overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContactPigeon?

We haven’t had any major issues. The only small issue we ran into is that we’ve seen a lot of spam emails in our contact lists. They pile up making it time-consuming to remove. We’ve used ContactPigeon’s platform in various ways. We created automations like birthday, browse, cart, welcome, cross-sell, last order, new arrivals, price drops, etc., and push notifications. It’s very convenient to have all your automated campaigns like push notifications, Viber campaigns, and newsletters, all in one place. We’ve been collaborating for 4 years. We have the basic automated workflows activated, but we are always willing to explore more. Often, we use pop-ups with custom code because it saves us time since we don’t have to manually enable or disable them, allowing us to communicate offers on our site. What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

I love that the platform is easy-to-follow and the interface is well-organized The email editor was super easy to adapt to, especially since I had previous experience with similar platforms. I also really appreciate the flexibility ContactPigeon offers—like being able to edit the code in pop-ups. This lets me tweak even small details, like font colors, to match my brand perfectly. It has so many options for customization, so there’s not really much to say here.
