We haven’t had any major issues. The only small issue we ran into is that we’ve seen a lot of spam emails in our contact lists. They pile up making it time-consuming to remove. ContactPigeon’s platform allows us to manage our marketing messages using multiple channels for better targeting. It’s very convenient to have all your automated campaigns like push notifications, Viber campaigns, and newsletters, all in one place. We also embedded popups on different touchpoints for better conversions and the second Chance Booster has been very useful in our newsletters. Lastly, the support team addresses our needs every time.
