We are satisfied with ContactPigeon’s platform. It contains various features that benefit our business and we can strengthen our marketing strategy. We use the platform for both B2C and B2B clients on our website and it helps with our strategy a lot. The channels that we use are automations, both the classic browse and cart abandonment and the more specific, like new arrivals. We also use push notifications and pop-ups. We have been partners with CP for many years, since 2020, and the platform’s range of features and automated channels are very useful for our accounts.
