I have loved being able to send my prospects demos that allows them to completely immerse themselves in our technology and capabilites. Not only that, prospects can pick and choose what is important to them with an HRIS which then creates a personalized demo just for them! It only takes about 5 minutes for me to send a demo within my follow-up emails which I appreciate as well. Highly suggest the use of Consensus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consensus has been a tremendous asset to our team. The ability to seamlessly combine screen capture with video features has made it much easier to create engaging and effective demo and training content. Automating demos has saved us a significant amount of time and effort, allowing us to share product information with clients more efficiently. Another major advantage was how quickly we were able to launch demos on our website. Once the content was ready, the setup process was smooth, especially when following Consensus' best practices. The insights we get on buyer interactions are being invaluable in refining our sales approach.
Customer support has also been outstanding: while we haven’t run into many product issues, any time we had a question, the support team was quick to offer a Zoom call to walk us through the solution. The customer success team has been equally impressive, showing a genuine interest in making sure we get the most out of the platform. Our sales team relies on Consensus regularly, creating and updating demo boards for each sales opportunity based on the deal stage. Our marketing team has also made great use of it, leveraging demos on our website and in email campaigns. On top of that, the integrations with Highspot (which our sales team frequently uses) and Homerun (a key tool for presales) have been incredibly valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it gives me the ability to do 3 things as a sales person - If a prospect isn't necessarily qualified and they still want a demo, this is a fantastic way to give them what they are looking for, keep them happy and not spend time building a custom demo for a poor quality lead - It also gives me the ability to shorten the sales cycle by sending a prospect a demo the same day I do a discovery. Finally, it also gives me the ability to grow the sale in an organic matter. I use the tool weekly numerous times and was easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything that I would say I necessarily dislike, however, you are still limited by the quality of the demos that your organization delivers. That isn't in the control of consensus but it may or may not affect the result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consensus is great. It is very simple to create a new demoboard and the tracking information will help you to get a better view of "pain points" your prospects and customers are looking for. The new possibility of adding another demo for an existing board helps a lot as you can directly continue with the needs of the consumer. Say goodbye to PDFs or other files you are sending out, Consensus is not only for pitching your product... it can also be used for training your customer or anything else you want to record and present to many viewers. Consensus has been a game changer for our sales! It's such a powerful tool for the decision-making process, especially when a specific party or decision-maker can't attend a live demo. This tool allows me to connect with our clients to enable them to better understand our solution but do it on more of a self service type approach. By using multiple sources of content our teams can provide a broader view of our solution than we could demonstrate as individuals. By leveraging, built in analytics, we can identify customers that have engaged with the content and help others who may need our support. The only area I would highlight is the need to download video content from existing tours. When generating tours built by other content generators, it would be nice to download videos from the tour directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Consensus has been an excellent edition to our sales support tech stack. It has provided an easy to use mechanism for our sales executives to deliver high quality content directly to prospects without over-burdening our consulting team. Direct integration with Outlook and Salesforce provide a direct-to-sales executive experience that is intuitive and efficient. Furthermore the real-time notifications and alerts in conjunction with the demolytics provide insight on key metrics that is unrivaled and incredibly valuable. Lastly, the ongoing customer support from day one, not only makes the implementation a breeze, but makes the continued growth, development, and expansion of the tool simple and convenient. Consensus is an incredible platform. It has changed our entire qualification process for our products and streamlined the top of the funnel at our company with several thousand sellers. It's incredible how simple it is to set up and scale for any size business. The team at Consensus is also incredible to work with. It is an excellent way to share video content with customers and prospects. It is an easy way to set it up, with various flexible options to make content easy to consume and have the audience jump to, for them, the most essential part. We love Consensus becuase prospective customers can receive personalized demonstrations in the early stages without getting on the phone with the solution consultant. Sales can track their deals and gain visibility into their legitamacy by analyzing who & how long a contact was engaged in the demonstration. Our sales team members use it every week, and is often included in our follow up or prep emails for distribution to other stakeholders in the business.
