ClinicMind has been super helpful for our practice. It has a ton of great features that make managing the clinic a lot easier. The platform is easy to use and really powerful, and it’s definitely made a big difference for us. We’re really impressed with it and excited to see how it keeps improving. I am very grateful to Erez Lirov & David Citron (and any other team members) who took charge and finally helped work out all of the kinks with our rooming feature. As soon as they took over, it was like night and day. They really honed in and fixed glitches/issues we had been dealing with since July. This review is only for Bulletproof Chiro software. I find it easy to use daily after a learning curve and quick to write my notes. The automatic formatting makes my notes look so good and the content is so thorough it gives me peace of mind when charting for my patients. Auto diagnosis is a must for chiropractors diagnosing the same several issues over and over. They continuously update the software and work out the bugs which I appreciate. I haven't had any devastating loss of notes in a long time. I can usually get support same-day with any issues I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface is adequate but not the prettiest. Bugs are common in the software but are less and less significant the older the software gets. I wish it was easier to integrate into my Jane scheduling software but I hear that is a Jane problem. I wish billing was cheaper, simpler, but that's sort of the name of the game in healthcare. There are some areas where the user-friendliness of the system could be better. For instance, it would be nice to have a separate area for notes regarding specific appointments on the schedule outside of the actual doctors' schedules (perhaps in the white space to the right) that would stand out and be obvious so as not to forget special tasks that need to be accomplished on that visit. Also, it would be nice to have a separate check-in alerts area for doctors and for team. The doctors area could be on the travel card so that they do not have to switch back and forth while caring for practice members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Upgrades over the years have been superhelpful. Easy to know where to find basic things such as: schedule, how many notes need billed out, billing stats, easy to run reports to find statistics. Hard to get certain statics to find out how the clinic is performing. Platinum has a feature to find out patient wait time, Clinic Mind can only run a report based on when the patient was check in and billed out and not when they checked into the adjustment bay. Hard to find out patient wait times unless we hire someone with a stop watch, wish there was a way to speak notes instead of typing them, It would be great to have a seach menu to find how to get to certain areas. ClinicMind is a supercomputer but even after 20 years I don't know how to find things or where to go to get the information. We recently lost a lot of staff I have known for a long time. I am an older solo-practicioner. My practice was entirely pen and paper when I closed down in 2001. I am not very tech-savy and the amount of support, training, encouragement, patience I've received from the ClinicMind staff have helped me computerize, digitize, and become almost entirely "cloud-based" paper free!! (I hope the cloud doesn't rain). It is so easy to use and implement that even an "old-dog" like me has been able to learn a few new tricks.

It is the complete pakage, it has all the features that a particular office management software should have.
It is very easy to use and implement for a new practice.

The ease of the SOAP note process. It includes all of the modalities I use on a regular basis with simple clicks. It makes it easy to re-use the SOAP I created for a previous note. Customer support has been pretty good and responsive when I created a task. It allows for multiple different practitioner types to use the system all within their own specialty. It also gives me a way to prescribe which the other program I have used in the past would not allow. It has all the diagnosis codes available to me that I would use within my specialty as opposed to just the MSK diagnosis codes present in other chiropractic focused software programs.
