  ### 1. Efficient Documentation with Room for Improvement

**What do you like best about ClinicMind?**

I like how tasks go to specific work benches and the ability to do medication refills, which our previous EHR didn't have. The interface is simple enough, making it easier to use. Being able to refill patient meds from ClinicMind's system saves a lot of time and adds to my autonomy as a nurse. Also, it's more efficient in documentation and prescribing compared to what we were using before.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

Not being able to route a flex note to a provider and have them respond by routing back to you. Also, it would be nice to have certain nursing assessments built into ClinicMind, like a DISCUS exam. Not being able to have more than one patient's chart open at the same time. It will cut down the time and the number of clicks if a flex note/nursing documentation can be routed to a provider and have the provider respond and route back to the nurse. Built-in nursing assessments make it easy and seamless and timely. Right now, these assessments are done on paper and then scanned into the patient's chart, sometimes not the same day. Information needs to be timely. Not too easy, was a bit of a learning curve.

I use ClinicMind for EHR-nursing, which saves time refilling meds and routing tasks. It's more efficient in documentation and prescribing than our previous system.

**What do you like best about ClinicMind?**

I like how easy it is for me to create macros and how fast it is to do note taking with ClinicMind. The patient portal is great for new patient paperwork, as it fills out a large portion of my notes. The scheduling for patients, printing super bills for insurance, and auto cases work well. The process for completing notes is faster because macros carry over from visit to visit, providing a clear case laid out. The support team was fantastic during the setup process, with bi-weekly calls that eventually transitioned to fewer calls as I needed less help.

I like how ClinicMind helps me be a lot more efficient and gets more done in my chiropractic office. I appreciate all of the people available and the options to make it function smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

I wish there was better communication about what options can all be used to personalize ClinicMind as a chiropractor. Regular trainings could be a little bit easier to manage. I wish questions could be answered outside of ClinicMind chat time, because I'm working a lot on my business outside of my patient hours, when ClinicMind chat hours are also offline. The setup felt daunting and pretty detailed. I feel like regular trainings or access to one specific person would have been helpful.

I find that ClinicMind is becoming far less of a square peg in a round hole for an acupuncturist. The support staff have been marvelous in helping me understand how to use it to create the best value in our practice. Everything I understand about ClinicMind, I like, and I feel overall pleased with it. There aren't any glaring holes or gaps in my experience.

I still feel like there's a depth to it that I'm not understanding, and we're not using the full capability of it.

Aziz at ClinicMind has been incredibly helpful and patient in walking me through exactly how to operate our EHR system. His communication is clear, timely, and easy to follow, and he takes the time to make sure I fully understand each step before moving on. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer every question, no matter how small. The level of support he provides makes using ClinicMind a smooth and stress-free experience

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

The biggest challenge with ClinicMind is how complex the system can be, especially when it comes to modifying or changing notes. If you don’t already know where to go in the back end, it can take some time to navigate and figure out the correct steps.

That being said, the support team does an exceptional job of bridging that gap. I can always submit a task request, and they consistently go above and beyond — offering calls, video calls, screenshots, and even recorded walkthroughs that show exactly how to make changes. A quick shout-out to people like Aziz, who has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout this process. His guidance makes the learning curve so much easier to manage.

Overall, while the system is robust and complex, the quality of support goes a long way in making it workable.

ClinicMind is helping streamline and simplify the documentation side of our practice. The platform gives us flexibility and ease of implementation when creating and maintaining patient notes and files, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces administrative stress. One of the biggest benefits is the wide array of features and integrations ClinicMind offers — it easily communicates with other platforms we use, which keeps everything connected and eliminates double entry. Overall, it allows us to stay organized, document more efficiently, and focus more on patient care rather than paperwork.

I am an older solo-practicioner. My practice was entirely pen and paper when I closed down in 2001.  I am not very tech-savy and the amount of support, training, encouragement, patience I've received from the ClinicMind staff have helped me computerize, digitize, and become almost entirely "cloud-based" paper free!! (I hope the cloud doesn't rain).  It is so easy to use and implement that even an "old-dog" like me has been able to learn a few new tricks.

I whole-heartedly endorse this company, their product, and their staff!

I dislike the fact that it took me this long to FIND them!

Because I am restarting from a zero patient base, it saves me from immediately having to hire a front desk person and a billing person. It has cut-down my overhead expense on the start-up.

Cloud based can use any where.  All in one with ability for billing integration  Can customize notes for other functions in our office like Functional Medicine visits etc.  We do like the Patient portal and when using Doc and bill it is nice to have the paperwork autofill from the patients filling out forms on line.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

Poor training on new features.  Original onboarding 8+ years ago was excellent. Now new features are not intuitive and very difficult to get training that is specific to questions.  General training in videos or first time exposure is done well but needing in depth understanding is really hard to get a clean correct answer and many times have a strong language barrier. Do not like that the Documentation and Billing modifies DX codes and order  makes signing off delayed and cumbersome  It is hard to move the DX codes easily and quickly in the notes.  To line up the lines exactly how you want using the  6 dots is time consuming.  Then if you match just at sign off page it does not hold order for next note even though it is the easier way to choose what you want for dx code for the visit. We have had extensive issues getting soft sign for our rehab tech and we are having some issues making sure the rehab visits bill and sometimes they bill twice and this is an area of training that we have asked help on 3 times and still do not have a smooth viable solution.

Tracking care plans more specifically has been very beneficial.  New Document in general is better and more specific.

The note-taking process with body diagram. Continuing the updates to better serve our clients through efficiency and ease. I think if it is designed well at a glance you could see what you did in the past as well the problem the person has in the area.

**What do you like best about ClinicMind?**

I use ClinicMind at our clinic for scheduling, running reports, gathering stats, patient check-in, closing visits, and billing. It solves problems with scheduling conflicts and reports not showing what I want. I find the platform super user-friendly and love the availability of the online team – they are just one chat away and wonderful with the chat feature, providing training calls for whatever issues I run into. As a new person coming in, it was fairly easy to get acquainted with the system.

I wish there was a way for patients to not be able to check in when it is not their appointment time, like something that would prompt them that it is too early to check in.

During training, we were shown multiple methods instead of focusing on the simplest and most efficient one. I think it would help if training emphasized one standardized workflow to maintain consistency and reduce errors.

That lack of customization for certain things has caused some workflow issues. The inability to add clinic specific folders for customization is a drawback. Also not being able to sort tasks by date is an issue.

**What do you like best about ClinicMind?**

As a practicing chiropractor, I have used multiple systems over the last years–chiro touch, Medent even handwritten notes and nothing compares to clinic mind.  The flex note system is incredibly powerful, adaptable and customizable to each case.

The built in AI scribe feature saves hours of documentation time, and the ability to upload MRI or x-ray images directly into notes makes complaints and billing seamless.  The test management tools keep the team organized, and patient portal makes onboarding fast and simple.

Clinic mind's training and support thanks to John and Rowena have been top-notch.  This platform does not just streamline workflow it is redefining how chiropractic care can be delivered.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

Couple of things for suggested improvement would include: The flex note and task management systems are powerful, but they take some time to master.  Everybody has a learning curve obviously, this is just something that I have noticed.

I have noticed occasionally, have your forms or reports to take a few seconds to load.  Optimization for faster load times would make daily work for a little bit smoother.

The mobile app is fantastic for access and flexibility, but smoother navigation between documentation screens and patient records would make mobile charting a little bit more efficient.

I am working to streamline my business so I can operate efficiently as a one-person team while I rebuild a practice that was entirely dismantled by the previous owner.

We have used Clinic Mind EHR software (and earlier iterations) for almost 15 years now. The system has evolved over time and they continue to make updates to make systems and processes more user friendly for patients and staff. We continue to enjoy the support we receive from the Clinic Mind team any time we have questions or need help.

Our biggest challenge revolves around the billing team and difficulties with insurance processing/payments. Many time we are going back to the billers and asking that they re-look at or submit claims that we know should have been processed or they should have worked through on behalf of our clinic. We are on the same team when it comes to getting reimbursed for services provided and this is an area where improvements could be made.

Most recently our goal has been to transition to electronic paperwork to eliminate the bottleneck patients filling in paper documents cause at our new patient appointments. Clinic Mind's new paperwork appears to solve this problem and we hope it improves efficiency.

I received excellent customer service via chat from Pat. The system is great, and I am very pleased with it. I like the ease of use, and the initial setup was good. I'm likely to recommend ClinicMind to others with a score of 10 out of 10.

Everything was loading really slowly.

I find ClinicMind easy to use and am pleased with the system overall.

ClinicMind helps us to stay organized, although the system takes time and practice to learn.
Amira Floro did a very thorough job in helping us understand how to make changes and update information in our system.  She was very patient and kind during the process.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

It would be nice to be able to call for help rather than having to make tasks and appointments for everthing.

New patient set up and forms - links etc.

Billing allocations can be different than payment DOS (for patients)

Learning different systems and templates to better utilize and optimize our practice. The training teams have been great in helping us learn what is available within the system to make this possible.

They are continuously updating and evolving everyday as per client's requirements. Latest updates are they have AI scribe and lost of new feature to delight you.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

I think they are masters of their field and I do not have any suggestions for them

**What problems is ClinicMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are very efficient and updated with the latest technologies. Previouslty there were many issues while scheduling the patients, pulling the reports, communicating with the patients about their appointments and documents required for that.

**What do you like best about ClinicMind?**

The hands on training on the software is very in depth and is done with an actual person through Zoom. They have all been very communicative and insist on making sure that you understand what has been covered in each training. They always send a recap email of each training session with a video recording of the session for you to go back and watch later if needed.

**What do you dislike about ClinicMind?**

Honestly, nothing so far. We are only in our training so far but 10/10 so far.

**What problems is ClinicMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a brand new doctor and so my only problem coming into ClinicMind was that I didn't have an EHR software.
