ClickUp is an all-in-one project management tool with all the features needed for the entire Product Development in one place. The best-in-class customer support helps to solve all the issues on time. Integration with other platforms helps to attain the migration from other platforms so easier and the AI feature that can able to summarise and generate the task description which helps developers to understand more about the task. As all features are built-in, customers were flooded with features that affected the ease of use for customers and needed enough time to start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Features would actually be good if the would work, it is very flexible, we use clickup daily, automation and integration with third party tools would be easy with make (but be aware of bugs!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many bugs, even on enterprise plan you interact with many different people from customer support, support doesn't really care, many bugs will be confirmed as unattended behaviour but it will take weeks and months until they solve even critical bugs. also, the fact that it is pushing to a one in all solution means, that everything is there, but nothing is really "industry leading" itself. I love the ease of keeping everything in one place! Group projects organized by tasks, forums with results, and my favorite part, documents! This has made life so much easier when creating how-to guides for our users but allowing for leadership to give their feedback in the form of comments before launch, ensuring accurate and clear information is released. The way they format their documents also makes for an awesome enviroment friendly to make updates and changes to documents without disrupting URL addresses. As a trainer, this is all I could ever ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately if it seems too good to be true, its cause it is. This is an amazing platform destined for greatness. But regretably I say, there always seems to be a major bug that gets in the way of fully falling head over heels. The customer service is awesome but the resolution time could be better. I imagine it could be due to having so many issues arise that they are backed up in application support - but it seems alot of technical strength is applied more for the next big updates they implement instead of ensureing already established features run smoothly.
Because of this unfortunately the company I work for is pressing we redirect services to a more reliable source so we too can be reliable to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At RecRam, ClickUp has become an essential tool for managing error tracking, team communication, and task follow-ups. Its visually appealing interface and simplicity make it a joy to use, while its speed ensures efficiency in daily operations.
The platform excels at providing a clear overview of tasks and progress, keeping everyone on the same page. Whether it’s tracking bugs, coordinating between teams, or following up on deliverables, ClickUp makes everything intuitive and organized.
ClickUp’s flexibility and visually dynamic design have elevated our workflow, making complex processes easier to manage. Highly recommend it for teams that value efficiency and clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp offers a vast array of features, which can be overwhelming at times. It doesn't lean towards a minimalist approach, and at the start, we invested a significant amount of effort into customizing it to fit our team's needs and ensuring internal alignment. While the extensive features are powerful, the initial setup can be time-consuming and require a lot of adjustments to fully integrate into existing workflows. It literally has ALL the features in a single app.
Record clips, track time, tracks service projects, or product development. I found it by chance, and I'm so glad that I did ... and I've used trello, monday.com, bitrix and everything other app for this purpose on the planet across 10 different organizations.
NOTHING comes close to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a very tough question, honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fast-growing features and consolidation in one window. Mac OS app. Good for operational tasks and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not fully prepared for software development processes. Everything Is based on lists; if you need a separate entity or any other attribution, it should be covered via lists.
The DOC section is another problem. The whole page stacks when using tables in the document (the tables are currently the worst thing in the document). It's a headache. It is impossible to use documents regularly. The toolbar for the rich text editor should always be attached in the same place, but each time I enter the page, it is not pinned, and I should Highlight the text to see that toolset, which makes the work slower.
Autmations are not flexible.
Also, Mobile applications are useless. I think the whole issue is the mess in the flexibility they did. I think they need to block some features for some cases to avoid overlapping.
The interface is another issue. It is nice, but many buttons overlap, and there are many things to tackle in the same area, which is a mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ClickUp is an exceptional comprehensive project management tool that allows us to organize our work team, collaborate efficiently and automate tasks in a single environment. It offers us features such as Kanban boards, Gantt charts, collaborative documents, codeless automations and time tracking.
It is ideal for
unify all workflows in the organization and keep teams aligned without the need for other additional applications, especially when we work in a project approach.
Its interface is really intuitive and allows us extensive customization, adapting to different types of projects and teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In some cases, preparing our entire work team may be a little slow, due to the large number of functions and customization options that can be overwhelming for new users, requiring training time.
It may be that when working with many tasks and projects simultaneously, we feel a little slow down, but I think it does not affect the team's efficiency.
Although the free version is robust, certain advanced features come at a cost that can be high compared to other tools.
On the other hand, the interface could sometimes look complex compared to the structure of other similar platforms, making it difficult to quickly navigate large projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that ClickUp makes it so easy to organize your work in a way that is most helpful to you. Each one of our team members can customize their instance (because everyone has habits, personal preferences, etc.) One of the hardest parts as a manager to convert a team to a new platform is making it easy for them to use. Our rep, Noah Chaney, has made this beyond simple. Noah has also provided clips that I can use to show my team visually how to use different ClickUp tools. This is the easiest to implement tool for project management and work organization I have encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hmmmm. The only real issues I have had have likely been user generated, since I am still learning some of the more complex features and tools. Even when I have had minor issues ClickUp support and Noah have been able to quickly help me resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how customizable ClickUp is. The ability to create custom workflows and views to match our workflow has been a great benefit for my IT department. The flexibility in organizing tasks and milestones helps us stay on track, particularly with complex projects. Clickup also integrates well with other tools, such as Zapier, allowing us to automate tasks. Clickup has improved my team's collaboration and project tracking. One of the challenges I face with ClickUp is the wide variety of features that can sometimes be overwhelming, especially for new users of ClickUp. While it's highly customizable, there is a steep initial learning curve. The complexity of ClickUp requires some time to get everyone up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many aspects of clickup that myself and my team love and enjoy. As our team grew over the past couple of years we were looking for a PM system to house various aspects of our teams work and implement overall workflows to streamline what we do, ClickUp is where we landed and we're very happy to use it daily.
I love that we're able to have different spaces, this allows each of the areas of work my team has to use ClickUp in whatever fashion makes most sense for their jobs (data uses it very differently than a creative team uses it). I'ts really customizable for each person to use and to use for a group and I really enjoy that you can easily add people on a guest access level to view content as well.
Their customer support has always been fantastic and their eager to work with you to ensure you're enjoying your experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Indicative of the name, depending on how your team sets up their space there can be a lot of clicks to get around and function within the environment. This isn't a deal breaker by any means but for people in it all day every day it does impact workflows.
I wish we had the ability to add their AI (brain) on a per person liscense versus for the whole account. There are people on my team that would really benefit from it and others who don't need it so that limits full use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
