The ClickUp University is free, easy to understand, and guides you through everything you might need to use the software, or develop a space for your team. The customer support is fast and helpful, and typically have resolved all my issues within an hour or so. It has been easy to implement this software into our company, although we have not used any of the integrations yet. My team of nine users are constantly in ClickUp, collaborating and tracking time- as well as linking our tasks to company projects in other departments, allowing cross-departmental cooperation. Some of the dashboards are difficult to navigate, simply because they have too many options and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a powerful tool where the information about every project in our organization can be centralized for multi-disciplinary and regional teams to keep everyone on the same page as the business is moving towards progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It'd be great if all the views could be exported, such as the board view that works amazing, but it can't be exported to any file format to put it in a presentation for our company report-out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can pretty much do most things that I want from managing tasks and notes related to a large scale projects with custom fields, to managing simple lists for simple projects. Templates and views help us standardise what users see. The recent chat feature was also great, and is slowly weaning us off relying on MS Teams. The mobile app on ios is also smooth and a good balance between ease of use and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the customisation comes complexity and maintenance headaches. Sometimes, it can be too much for new users and trying to simplify the Clickup experience for other users is difficult. Additionally, some missing features such as being able to link to entire lists block how far you can get with your customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A great task management tool, and their consistent release of new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is particularly frustrating is discovering that non-paying users have been granted access to this feature ahead of paying customers. This seems counterintuitive and has left me questioning the value of my investment in ClickUp's services. Communication with the support team has been slow and unhelpful. Responses often lack substantive information, merely stating that my request has been forwarded to the relevant team. There appears to be a lack of urgency and accountability in addressing customer concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good for managing the whole company, esp. for a small one. I use it to manage my daily tasks & check on my goals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Generally an amazing tool. The UX is generally very good, but I used to use Todoist and I was in love with the way you can add tasks there. So, I would love to improve a bit on the UX, but I can understand it is probably impossible to show all the features in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using clickup for almost 2 years now and when I decided to take it more serious, it has been of tremendous help with keeping my work and personal life organized. I barely miss out on anything. And then their university has been so helpful with my setting up my workspace. I LOVE ClickUp and definitely recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clickup has been great to me thus far I haven't had any bad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Clickup for about a year now and the best thing you notice is the rich set of features clickup offers. Taks, subtasks, checklists, task dependency, relationships, custom fields, statuses, due dates, repeating tasks, multiple views. Clickup has all of it and that makes Clickup very versatile for variety of different usecases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so many features, performance takes a hit. They have improved the performance significantly but it's not the fastest tool out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp has brought a sense of control to my chaotic life. I use it as a personal task manager; this program literally dictates my entire day. I love how customizable it is and that I could tweak everything from category names and colours to the layout to match what I needed. It was also a breeze migrating to ClickUp from Asana (which I wish I had done YEARS sooner!!). I haven't required any assistance from customer support, but they've reached out and. checked in several times since I created my account, so it's nice to know there are real people behind this product, ready and willing to help if I have questions or run into any issues. I haven't explored the integrations yet and have only connected Slack, but haven't really explored the integration yet, so I can't comment on that, but there are a ton of useful apps that integrate. Zapier is one of them, so I imagine there's not much you can't do having that as an option. Bonus for me - all of the features I need and then some are available without restrictions on the FREE version! Simply amazing!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can sometimes be buggy, but that's always been resolved with a quick relaunch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp has been a total game-changer—it's like the Swiss Army knife of productivity! Easy to use, super intuitive, and now I can share and control access like a boss (literally). Since implementing it with my coworkers and bosses, we’ve doubled our speed. Everything's digital now, which is a huge leap forward for an industry that was still clinging to its little papers like they were handwritten by Shakespeare himself. The only downside? Some of the fancier project management features are tucked behind a paywall after the free exposure. But hey, they’ve gotta make money somehow, and honestly, it’s still worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp has been a game chnager for keeping our projects and team in sync. It's real powerhouse, allowig us to manage everything from simple checklists to complex, multi-step workflows in one place. The variety of views lets us adapt ClickUp to fit the needs of different teams and projects, making it feel like it's designed for us, not the other way around. Plus, it integrates with so many tools we already use, like Google Drive, Slack and Zoom, which makes colloboration smooth and saves us from jumping between apps. Integrating and migrating old tasks from app likes Jira is smooth. Since ClickUp is structured around story-based task management, the creative design and layout make it engaging for users, encouraging frequent use. This setup enhances developers experience and simplifies implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New users might find it tricky to navigate and even for those of us who are familiar with it. Sometimes, it feels like ClickUp is almost too powerful for its own good, which can slow down in getting new members fully onboarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
