It's robust but flexible. It can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be. My whole life is in my ClickUp account and I encourage my clients to live out of theirs as well! I am in there everyday for work in my business and in my clients businesses and for regular life stuff. ClickUp is super customizable, so I can set up different views according to the needs of a project or team. It has a lot more functionality than other competitors, because it has Chat, Docs, Forms, Time Tracking, and more, making our workspace very integrated. Our team uses ClickUp daily as a main tool for managing tasks and keeping everyone in a circle updated. It is extremely helpful once you understand how to use it, and ability to keep things in one place (e.g. boards, meetings, notes, etc.), or integrate with other platforms like HubSpot is greatly welcomed. ClickUp allows us to house all our projects in one place with ease. With each project, there can be issues or hurdles the team has to overcome, but ClickUp allows us to communicate quickly to those who we need to reach. The one issue I have with ClickUp is set to be fixed soon in the first quarter of next year: speed. We use this platform beyond the average user/company, and with that said, we house A TON of data per project. We showed our setup to some folks who work at the company, and even they were surprised at the level of detail we captured. ClickUp is extremely flexible and perfectly adapts to different work styles. Particularly helpful are the many views like list, board, or Gantt chart, which facilitate team collaboration. ClickUp has a solution for everything you need. I've been using it since 2021 and the system has only gotten better. My favorite feature of ClickUp has to be the Automations. It helps set a reminder so things aren't falling through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there's honestly so many things that ClickUp can do that I haven't quite learned yet, so sometimes it's a little overwhelming knowing there is a solution but you're not trained on how to set it up.
