As a Scrum Master, I feel that ClickUp is a marvelous tool for any Agile marketing teams out there. We have biweekly sprint planning sessions, and using ClickUp makes getting through them a breeze. Custom views can be created at all levels -- for an individual list (we use these to separate business lines within our team), for an entire folder (which we use for a view of all the areas of our team). At the folder level, during grooming, I filter by all items due in the coming two weeks and then we can go through them and groom them. ClickUp allows for custom fields so that any details that are relevant across the board on a task can be filled in. This allows us to keep tasks organized by their values in the custom fields. The templates are also a powerful tool. For example, a marketing email has similar requirements each time that are all important to remember, like content writing, proofing and editing, art creation, list generation, audience segmentation, legal review, layout, approvals and revisions, etc. So that no important tasks are missed, we have created a template for this and for other types of similar tasks that have many steps to remember. When working with external teams at our organization, we are also able to take tasks that they might have on a list, even if it is organized in a completely different way, and add it to our own sprint list. For anyone who wants to keep a pulse on the productivity of individual team contributors, there is a feature to track by sprint points or by time, or simply by task count. In this type of view, it's easy to see who is overextended and who has the capacity to help others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one piece of negative feedback I heard at implementation was that there were actually too many features. The interface seemed overwhelming to some on my team because we came from a competitor's platform (Asana), which is much more pared down. But as the weeks went by and the team became accustomed to the new tool, they came to appreciate that having more features means they have more abilities to change their filtered views, group tasks, and stay organized. This is no longer feedback that I hear because the team now sees the value. One other piece of negative feedback is that there can sometimes be a bit of system latency. I appreciate that ClickUp has a website dedicated to transparently reporting any reported outages. These are uncommon, but we appreciate knowing if delays are sometimes caused by something major. A few months ago, there was a ClickUp update that resolved much of the latency, so now this is not really an issue. I have also noticed that they respond to suggestions for improvements in the message forums. There was even one suggestion that I made that some months later was implemented, and then they messaged me to let me know. That was amazing service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It's flexible, meaning you can configure it how you need it to be, making it suitable for any team: technical teams like IT, marketing, creative teams etc.
- It has revolutionized the way our teams communicate and keep track of our work because now we're not using different systems to keep track of updates on campaigns and activities. We just log in daily (or rather hourly!) in ClickUp and check the updates directly on the task card.
- The support from the ClickUp team is fantastic. I love that they listen to their community and make tweaks and updates that we actually request. They have a features request page where you can make requests and upvote other people's requests and it's not just for show. A lot of the requests I've upvoted in the past have actually been implemented.
- Tech issues are rare and get fixed quickly. Most recent issue I had was solved in a matter of 30 mins, via chat directly on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Sometimes, you need to refresh the page for the latest updates to be visible.
- Board view has been slow to update more recently, but issue gets fixed with a refresh
- ClickUp does have some out-of-the-box templates you can use to start right away, if you are part of a larger team or if your use cases are a bit more complex, implementation on your own can be quite tricky.
- If you are an Enterprise company like us and have very strict IT security policies, you might have trouble leveraging some of the integrations that ClickUp offers with other products, however that can vary depending on the company's internal policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp allows us to house all our projects in one place with ease. With each project, there can be issues or hurdles the team has to overcome, but ClickUp allows us to communicate quickly to those who we need to reach. Automations have allowed us to take a very outdated and time-consuming process to make it flow quicker and more accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one issue I have with ClickUp is set to be fixed soon in the first quarter of next year: speed. We use this platform beyond the average user/company, and with that said, we house A TON of data per project. We showed our setup to some folks who work at the company, and even they were surprised at the level of detail we captured. With all that said, the speed is set to improve light-years soon, and we look forward to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, I really like ClickUp's board view and its "Me Mode," as it helps me stay aware of all my tasks at all times. I can also easily customize the columns to display only the ones I want, which is something I really love.
I also appreciate its automation feature (ClickUpBot). For example, if I forget some tasks from a previous sprint, it automatically adds them to my current sprint. It also helps automate task status updates.
Additionally, ClickUp provides excellent support. A couple of days ago, I got stuck on some issues, but I was able to find solutions easily through its forum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp can feel congested at times because, personally, I think there are too many things in one place. It can be hard to figure out exactly what I need. They should provide some basic training or resources to help new users understand the platform more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found ClickUp to be a great project management tool to help me remain organized. It is a great tool as it allows me to personalize tasks and define them in detail for larger projects. The time tracking feature is great as it helps me to know where I spend my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes when it comes to ClickUp. It's an great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clickup has been the most straightforward and easy to setup project management tool for us. Task tracking is super easy with lots of granular details. Sharing with teams and inviting new members to collaborate to the board and task is super easy. Integration with 3rd party tools is also possible with many apps available. Datadog and Clickup integrations helps alot in creating incident tasks in Clickup for the events that needs to be address and team can then start working on the incidents. Customer support is very helpful. Its been the mostly used tool through out our project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we have no complaints. Few integrations were a but difficult to get around but we are satisfied most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An intuitive program, essentially limited only by your creativity and imagination. The technical team keeps innovating, and over the four years I've been using it, they've introduced numerous new features that have significantly streamlined my workflow. These features seamlessly integrate into everyday use.
Special thanks to the support team—you can always count on them in any confusing or seemingly hopeless situation. They not only have an in-depth understanding of the product but are also ready to offer tailored solutions. The people behind this service are one of the key reasons for my choice. This field is required for feedback, but I can't think of anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works. I like the design in general—crisp, and minimalistic enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way some features work is very unclear. For example, the notorious "me mode" and filters in general. It took me several days and conversations with three support members to figure out how to see only tasks and subtasks assigned to me.
Another thing is that the synchronization works in a very weird way. I thought that a collaboration tool should update everything on everyone's screen immediately, but this is not the case. I have to refresh my screen manually many times per day to be sure I have an updated version of the dashboard.
The abundance of customisation in general drives me nuts. Today I spent quite some time trying to find a way to customize the task properties on the task screen and... I gave up. There is so many customisable things that when I really need to customize something I find myself lost. I checked space settings, list settings, and task layout settings. Nothing. Have I tried to check the Help Center? Oh yes, but it didn't provide any clues on this mysterious question.
Bottom line: I feel insecure when I use ClickUp. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I fear losing tasks just because after a couple of weeks of using ClickUp on an everyday basis I still feel that I don't have control over it. And as a product manager control it's what I really need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I manage a team of 9 writers (some full-time, others interns), and we work regularly with several different departments on multiple projects at a time. This means the workloads of two writers can look very different day-to-day, if they're not staffed on the same projects. ClickUp helps me track a) the projects we're working on and its status 2) the writers' bandwidths and progress on tasks assigned. It makes what could be a very chaotic operation supremely straightforward and easy to track. There's no question of any one person being accidentally swamped with more tasks they can handle because I have complete visibility over everybody's workload. There's also no question of accidentally missing deadlines because of the visibility ClickUp provides to everyone using the Space. This explains why I've used ClickUp literally every single day for the last 4 years. It also helps that it can be integrated with Slack but that's a minor benefit to me personally. I do wish setting up a Space were more intuitive. There's a learning curve to the implementation and while it's hardly rocket science, I did find myself getting a little frustrated from time to time. Thankfully a colleague was able to help me out but if I had one gripe, it would be this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is our all in one resource for project information, collaboration, and team member management. It allows us tio keep everything in one place including prooject specific communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clickup has been very glitchy lately requiring us to quit and restart several times a day. It would also be create if the forms you can create had more features similar to an excel document fo rnow they are somewhat limited. Lastly, we would like to integrate a virtual meeting audio recroding / transscript tool so we could eliminate our other subscriotion service Krisp and keep this all in one place.
